Excellent well made bar stools. Quality materials and very comfortable. Advised to allow 10 weeks for delivery but received after 7 weeks. Lime Modern Living kept me well informed and they delivered using their own people (not DPD or Hermes etc) which was a plus

Outstanding customer service from initial phone call through to final delivery and installation. I had tried for a long time to find a specific replacement table top and Lime took the time to consult with their suppliers, locate the item and then supply, deliver and install (despite me living at the other end of the country). Highly recommended.

Such excellent customer service, I will always buy any high end furniture from lime. Their communication is excellent, they have their own delivery service, which comes on time and delivered with care.

I had been expecting to wait for 5 weeks for the delivery of my Outdoors , Cane-Line Sofa Cover, but had a Lovely Surprise when it was delivered in just 12 days!

We received a faulty mirror from Italia, although it was a lenghly wait for a replacement, Peter ‘s customer service has always been excellent, keeping us in touch on the progress .

Delivered by two very pleasant and helpful gents who took time to put the table together and explain how it worked also advised on how two dismantled it when we move also suggested that the company may be able to help with this then had a call from Peter who confirmed they were willing to help when needed altogether a great service
