Dealing with Lime was an absolutely fabulous experience. We were kept informed the entire process! The staff were friendly and helpful. The delivery was flawless and the delivery staff took extreme care and professionalism in dealing with installing our glass table! Would definitely purchase from Lime again.

Saw the bar stools on line, went to see In Tunbridge Wells shop - staff really helpful, providing samples & no hard sale. Ordered - kept fully informed of lead time, delivery date agreed within lead time. Delivery driver nice & helpful - unboxed barstools so we could see ( not used yet as kitchen not finished) - look great . So nice to have a positive experience - would definitely recommend

They guys who helped us on the day were lovely. Helpful and professional! Nothing was a problem. From buying the sofa and chair to the delivery was a lovely experience unlike MANY other companies that don't seem to care about their customers. Lime is the complete opposite and I would definitely recommend them.

Great help in the store with advice. Delivery arrived close to the earliest date they gave (3-5 weeks from order). Lovely installation staff and the products are really high quality (and comfy). Very happy
