Helen and Charlotte have been amazing from start to finish and have produced the most beautiful bear for our family made of my nans favourite clothes who we sadly lost in August.

The quality of the bear is flawless, the communication had been excellent and the delivery was as expected. Mum was absolutely delighted when she received it.

There was so much attention to detail given, and the finished product was perfect.

I had asked Helen to use a couple items of my Mum’s & Dad’s boiler suit to make a bear! What a lovely job she made! He is amazing. I made a mistake with my embroidery but that was no problem for Helen, she changed it for me immediately! Amazing service with great care and attention taken in making our beautiful bear. Every part of this experience has been easy. The quality of the finished products is so much better than I expected, and the workmanship is top notch. I like how i was given a ‘hoped for’ completion date, accompanied by a caviat regarding demand, but I was kept informed at different stages of the process, and the timeline was accurate.
Communication is very friendly and sympathetic to the circumstances that have obviously brought the customer to them in the first place. I feel I can snuggle up to my husband again.

I was specific about what I wanted , as I had one item for my adult son and one for my adult daughter, from me , for when my time comes .
I wanted something very specific and as always , they smashed it .

Having already had two lovely cushions made, I decided to have a slightly-bigger-than usual blanket made, too. To say it surpassed my hopes is an understatement; it is stunning. Thank you so much :)

From start to finish, Helen and Charlotte were super helpful and informative.

The teddy bears are absolutely beautifully made . The attention to detail and warmth has been outstanding from start to finish .Top drawer !

From start to finish the whole process was so professional, from design advice and answering numerous questions I had prior to ordering, to regular updates throughout production to a safe delivery of an absolute beautiful keepsake.
Helen and Charlotte explained the whole process step by step and also answered all correspondence promptly. I couldn’t fault anything and Would recommend to everyone.

Helen and Charlotte are absolutely the right people with whom you can entrust your loved one's precious clothes. Their work is wonderful and they put love and care into every item they make because they understand how important and meaningful these items are to family members - especially those who have lost someone very dear to them.

Their communication is great and they update you when they are ready to begin work on your order and will confer with you about different design elements. They are also very keen to adapt and adjust things to make the items perfect. For the blankets made from my late sister's clothes, for example, they stitched some working into the design and were very happy to make this adjustment to personalise the blankets even more.

I can highly recommend Lily Grace Keepsakes - I have had several orders from them now and they have all been completely beautiful and well made and I know they will be treasured for years to come.
