The end result is beautiful memory cushions made from my late father's cardigans for myself and my mum. Lily Grace Keepsakes were superb in letting us know they had received our order and keeping in touch with myself throughout the process. You are able to choose your own personal message to put on the cushion - I opted for a phrase my dad used to say a lot. Forever now have a beautiful memory and keepsake of my dad. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had two memory bears made from the uniform of a much-loved colleague who sadly passed away, for his children.

The attention to detail is incredible and everyone who has seen them absolutely loves them. We haven't given them to the children yet, but we know they will be something they can treasure forever.

We ordered three keepsake bears from Lily Grace Keepsakes, which were being shipped to two different addresses, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic.

The customer service was excellent, and what really stood out was how well communicated and organised the whole process was. From tracking the clothes we sent to be made into the bears, through to updates on their creation and the final shipment details, we always knew exactly what was happening.

The finished bears themselves are beautifully made and fantastic quality. Considering how sentimental the clothing is, it was incredibly reassuring to see the care and attention that had gone into turning it into something so special that we can keep forever.

From the ordering process, communication and tracking to the final quality of the bears, I genuinely couldn't fault the experience.

The blanket and teddy bear are both utterly beautiful. And LilyGrace Keepsakes did something very special with our most precious things, breathing new life into our daughter’s clothes - she died when she was just 19 but the kindness and care shown meant very much to us.

The bear was perfect for what we wanted-a memento for my daughter from my recently deceased wife’s clothing. Helen was very accommodating, turning it around in two weeks as we were only on a short visit to the UK.
