Everything from ordering right through to delivery I was notified when they had received my parcel in was given estimated completion/delivery time but it was completed earlier i was kept updated with photos as well ,I would definitely recommend my order was treat with such compassion as well and the finished cushion brought a few tears Thank you again Helen for your kindness

I had a cushion made for my daughter using her beloved grandads shirt. It was very securely sent and received. Such a lovely job was made of the cushion and it was very professional. A care sheet was even sent to know how to look after it. Such lovely people to communicate with. I was informed with pictures of its progress. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lily Grace keepsakes. Brilliant.

On contacting Lily Grace Keepsakes she was really reassuring of how safe the clothing would be and from sending it to receiving I was given updates and pictures of the final bears. My mum sadly passed away 20 years ago and I had a few tops I kept, when I heard of memory bears I looked carefully through all the people and so glad I went with Lily Grace. The 2 bears one for my brother and myself were amazing, the details of using the clothing pieces was beyond anything I could have imagined, the bears legs also moved which gave for that extra special. The stuffing of the bears was of high quality and I honesty can see a seem from one material to another. I highly recommend if you treasure a loved ones clothing it’s in the most amazing hands with Lily Grace Keepsakes ❤️ my brother and I now have a treasured spot on our shelves with a picture our mum wearing a top from 47 years ago when I was born next to our beautiful bears. This is the second bear I’ve had Lily Grace Keepsakes make for me, once again they did not disappoint. My Grandma Bear turned out beautifully and has now at last joined Grandad Bear. They take such care and effort right from the moment you place your order, with the material sent in and the final product as well as being super friendly and communicative throughout

Originally when I placed the order we lost our mom a few months before and I wanted to get my sister something special for Christmas. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first placed the order but Helen and Charlotte kept me in the loop from start to finish, even snuck in a little preview.

Excellent quality work! I initially commissioned two cushions using my dad’s old jumpers and polo shirts as a keepsake after his death. I was so impressed with the quality and the finish that I commissioned 5 more! The cushions are so beautifully made and look fabulous. Couldn’t be happier!
