Avoid, avoid, avoid. Terrible quality, when returned (which by the way is at the consumers expense and is unnecessarily complicated) they sent a gift card instead of a refund which is pointless as I do not want to be purchasing any other products from them! Will be claiming through PayPal 🤞🏻

I would avoid this company, ordered 2 pairs of large leggings and a crop top the leggings varied so much in size that one pair woukd fit my size 8 daughter returned two items and only got a credit for one. Mentioned distance selling act etc and that they were breaking law
Claimed on PayPal they asked me to retract chargeback and they would sort
Can’t trust them

Wish i read these reviews beforehand! Im am currently awaiting an order...its been nearly 2 weeks... its seems the majority of reviews have recieved orders but encoutered problems along the way or when trying to return items. Will i get my order......i have emailed the company but yet to recieve a reply.
Update....30th Jan.....i have recieved my order today and they did also reply to my email.

Scam company. Wish I read the reviews earlier. Ordered items totalling to over £100 3rd January. I had an email to say an item wasn’t in stock and would be refunded. Items were dispatched apparently on the tracking. On Wednesday I had email to say it had arrived. There was nothing there. They told me to ring Royal Mail to open a case with them, which I have. Royal Mail have said they do not open a claim for an item not signed for. I don’t have time to be chasing missing clothes and do not want to spend money on missing clothes. Disgrace of a company

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. A huge scam. They sell you something. Can’t provide it. Refund you with a gift card. You try to buy again. The process repeats. And they will not return your money. Avoid.

Please don’t order from this company. It has been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order. It’s disgusting. I have asked for a full refund but they are claiming that they are unable to process this due to them already sending the item out which I have not yet received. I urge you not to order from this company. I am now in the process of seeking legal advice because I want my money back but they are refusing to comply

I was a bit worried after placing an order and then seeing these reviews, but I needn't have been. The delivery certainly is very slow (hence deducting a star) and took just over 2 weeks, but to be fair they do state it could take up to 12 working days. I bought items in the sale and they were good value, nicely designed and the quality seems good. I am a UK12 and the sizing is a little random as I bought a large sweatshirt which is very oversized, tennis t-shirts in a XL which are very fitted. The L tennis skirt was about the right size. Very soft and comfortable. When I contacted customer services for an update on the delivery they replied very quickly with an update.

I orginally bought some items around a month ago, I read the shipping times which stated it could be 7-12 working days which was fine, so far through Mavis emailed just to inform me there was a slight delay which again was no problem, items arrived within the shipping dates and I loved all products. Fast forward a month I am buying more with the amazing offer of 5 for £69. I made a sizing mistake on one item so emailed Mavis at 8pm by 7.30am I get a confirmation email stating the order has been amended and a seperate email from Mavis letting me know everything has been changed. Amazing customer service, I am super happy and can't wait to receive my latest items.

This company is HORRIBLE!…returned items within their returnable window…it’s been three months and I have yet to get my money back…they have given me the run around for months promising to refund..TOTAL SCAM…American Express is now handling it…DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Purchased 2 pairs of leggings via The sports edit, fast delivery & the leggings are fab, took a chance on the size & they fit like a glove! great quality & perfect length.

Amazing looking and great quality leggings! I owned 1 pair of their leggings that I bought locally from Australia and wanted to buy directly from their website as they have much better offers and range.
Even though, the website address is advertised as lilybod.com.au, it looks like they shipped their goods from overseas to a receiving point here in Australia. All in all, the entire process from ordering to receiving goods in hand only took around 5 days.
I have extremely happy with the leggings and its so affordable! Thank you and will definitely shop again.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. Slow delivery and average quality.
My main issue is they advertise as Australian based. Their website is lilybod.com.au and prices are quoted in AUD.
Don’t be fooled, not only is their warehouse in Hong Kong but payments are processed in the Middle East so your bank charges you a fee for an international transaction!
They are not registered as a company with ASIC, not based in Australia, no idea where your personal information is processed or stored.
Be warned.

I so wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing! I found the company through m&s and thought the products I bought through them were good quality, tried to buy directly through them and it has been 3 weeks now and heard nothing. Had an excuse of my address being wrong ... Can see from reviews that this has been used for other customers and the tracking number gives no updates. No where on the UK website does it mention that products are coming from HK. And Everytime you email them I get a bounce back to say it's the wrong email address.... Again looks like I'm not the only one falling for the scam.

Actually got my leggings on time but they are way too thin. Not good material. I'm tall,so got XL size but when putting them on,it just shows my underwear really clearly!

I’ve purchased from the UK, was lead to believe this is a uk site with warehouse here hence ‘Lilybod UK’. Placed my order on 2”31st of January and I’m still yet to receive, got a dispatch email but when I go to track it’s not actually been dispatched. I’ve gone to check delivery times on the website and the warehouse is in Hong Kong! And standards orders take 7-12 business days to come to the UK! Very deceiving, the website needs to be made very clear that products are coming out of the uk and from abroad and shipping times needs to be made more clear. It is very obvious why there are many low reviews regarding people waiting for orders with no responses, I tried to contact Lilybod today using the email in my order confirmation and all emails were returned to sender

It is no longer possible to return items from Uk as they have to be sent as customers expense to Australia. This equates to scam as this is not referenced anywhere on website.

Made an order and Lilibod emailed to say items were out of stock (despite being advertised in stock online and allowing me to complete my purchase) . Finalised order with the changed items on 12 December. Received a dispatched email on 19 December and the tracking code is for Royal Mail. Royal Mail says they are are still waiting for the parcel from the Lilybod. These were a Christmas gift and are unlikely to arrive in time. Absolutely appalling service! Will not be ordering again and would suggest everyone avoids unless you are happy to wait for an uncertain period for your parcel.

I ordered some goods as Christmas gifts on November 28th but I still have not received them! I have repeatedly emailed to complain and keep getting fobbed off. I wish I had read their appalling reviews before buying. They were super quick at immediately taking the money out of my account though. I now have to go and buy replacement gifts. What is even more aggravating are they put smiley faces and kisses in their replies - REALLY!!!

So far not impressed - placed my order a week ago, wanting it in time for Christmas and their lead times on the website gave me no reason to doubt that it would.
Out of the blue I have received an email asking me to relook at my delivery address as it seems to be wrong! It of course isn't and is perfectly fine. Reading past reviews I suspect this is one of their delaying tactics!
I have asked repeatedly if I am now going to receive my order in time for Christmas - no response, and given other customer's reviews it seems I might be lucky to receive it at all - I think I can forget Christmas!
A real shame, their products look lovely but this is unacceptable especially at this time of year

I have had lilybod leggings from m&s which I loved. I wanted to order direct as they have great offers 3 for 69 which is way cheaper then some resellers.
I was a little worried after reading the reviews but honestly I had a great experience. Delivery was just shy of 2 weeks but that's because they come internationally. During that time I had updates and tracking information provided.
I would definitely order again
