Horrible customer service. I returned 3 items, but after checking was only refunded for 2. After reaching out they said 1 of my returns was refused due to being worn - this was definitely not the case. I also received no email communicating that one of returns had been denied until I checked my refund amount. Also there was no option to return the item back to me. Don’t bother ordering, seen some many horrible reviews.

My dress broke on my hen do, due to a faulty zip. I have written to complain and request to return the item, however I keep getting responses from an online bot and not an actual human. Poor, poor service. Don’t buy from here.
I just ordered the Lemon Knitted Short Sleeve Maxi Dress, and wanted to say how happy I am with the dress. The quality is great, the colour is beautiful. I wanted a stretchy dress that I could wear to my baby shower in a gender neutral colour. I didn't want it too be thin either, due to the fact I'll be stretching it over my belly. I find maternity clothes generally unflattering and very restricted in range, so this is perfect and it'll mean I can use it after baby is born.

I placed an order just after the cut-off time for next day delivery, so when it didn’t arrive as expected I reached out to customer services as I was going on holiday a few days later.
They replied really quickly and explained that due to a courier error, my order unfortunately wasn’t going to arrive in time. I was genuinely gutted. I also run my own online business, so I know couriers can be a nightmare sometimes and these things aren’t always in a brand’s control. The way they handled it completely turned things around.
They immediately offered to send a replacement, which arrived the very next day, just in time for my holiday.
I was over the moon. It ended up being my favourite outfit of the whole trip and I got so many compliments wearing it.
What started off as a rocky experience was handled so well in the end. I dealt with Katie and she was absolutely lovely. Great customer service makes all the difference. Will definitely order again.
Katie from customer care truly went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my parcel being delivered incorrectly. I already love the quality of their clothes, but this experience has completely cemented my loyalty -I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.
I spoke to the amazing Katie about a new product and when it would be released. Within 2 hours of my first email, Katie told me the product would be released soon and if I needed any more help she was more than pleased to help.
Seamless, speedy service! There was a delay with my return due to the courier and Katie resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Really impressed not only with the products but with the customer care too.
Excellent customer service. The team were friendly, responsive, and really helpful throughout my enquiry. They handled everything professionally and kindly, which I really appreciated. Would happily shop here again.

I bought a jumper in late November as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to the material, and just tried to return only to be disappointed to find from customer service that there was no flexibility on returns beyond the standard 14-day window - even for unworn gift items with tags still attached.
I understand this may be within their policy, but for an online fashion brand selling gifts over the Christmas period, I expected a bit more goodwill or at least the option of store credit.
Worth bearing in mind if you’re buying presents and I wouldn’t purchase from here again for gifts.
4th and Reckless are clearly going against consumer rights by trying to reduce returns period to 14 days. For those concerned they fall outside of this period, please look into your customers rights which allow 30 days for customers (excluding lingerie, bikini and earrings). All other items falls within 30 days of delivery and should be free of charge, as also clearly in their ‘Terms and Conditions of sale’ which comply with the 30 days return period. If you search for these on their website (Trustpilot won’t allow me to copy the link across)
*UPDATE 4th & Reckless ignored my email when I provided a screenshot and have now updated their T&Cs of sales however I’ve already raised and claim and escalated with my bank
Bought a trousers and paid for next day delivery still not received 4 days in and customer service are no longer responding to any of my emails as it seems this never left their warehouse or shop,coming on here to see all these bad reviews is making me really concerned as I also returned a package to them before I made this second order
If I could give no stars I would. I have always loved 4th & Reckless clothes but sadly I will not ever purchase from them again.
2 orders I placed and both were missing via Evri, I ordered a replacement suit order placed and was advised by Charlotte that as I requested it would be sent via another courier low and behold sent with Evri again. So I have 2 lost parcels and they send a replacement order to be subject to same fiasco. So this year I have purchased so much stuff and I will never ever buy again.
1 lost item turned up box absolute disgraceful ( should have rejected but I didn’t ) and the replacement to the other lost parcel.
I have emailed I’m on the 6th email mid and still not been refunded for the lost item.
Absolute shocking customer service never ever will I buy anything from them again !!!!!!
I was charged import fees twice due to a mistake made by 4th & Reckless. I contacted their customer service, but instead of helping, they just replied with a generic “sorry to hear that” message and did nothing to fix it. DHL confirmed it was their error, and I should not have paid twice. I strongly advise anyone outside the UK not to order from them, they take no responsibility and offer zero real support.
I ordered three items — a halterneck cotton maxi dress, a plum satin maxi skirt, and a knit tassel-trim maxi skirt. Just three minutes after placing my order, I noticed there was a discount I’d missed, so I contacted customer service right away. Unfortunately, no one got back to me until the order had already been dispatched, saying that their “window for changes is very short as they deliver super fast.” When I pointed out that I had reached out only 15 minutes after placing my order, I received no reply.
That aside, when the order arrived, I immediately knew the knit skirt would have to go back — it was obvious it would collect fluff instantly. I decided to give the plum skirt a chance, but it ended up with scratches just from being in my luggage (I brought it on vacation but never even wore it). It’s also quite narrow at the bottom, which makes it hard to walk in.
On the positive side, I absolutely love the halterneck cotton maxi dress. I won’t comment on the quality, but the design is beautiful, and it’s become one of my favorite pieces.
Overall, though, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this store again.
Absolute scam offered a discount code which would not work contacted customer service they asked which products I was applying it too and miraculously despite both products still being in my basket were suddenly out of stock
Would give zero stars if I could! Fell succumb to a large influencer on instagram who said this company was good etc so I placed an order for £162 which came with free next day delivery great 👍 would be here in time for me to take on holiday WRONG! I had a dispatch email that same night so thought great it will arrive next day however the evri tracking code they gave me was invalid. So I emailed them and within seconds I was receiving AI generated responses so I was getting frustrated. After going over to instagram and moaning a human emailed me back and told me my parcel had been dispatched the previous night and it would arrive today. Fast forward to now and it hasn’t arrived and to top it off it hasn’t even been dispatched evri say they are expecting it and that it has been sent standard delivery not next day. So when I asked this morning to cancel as they hadn’t sent it they flat out lied to me and said it was collected last night when it in fact hasn’t even been collected now. Now customer service are ignoring my emails and messges so I have taken further action. Avoid avoid avoid but better still don’t fall for fashion influencers as they often scam you too!
Unfortunately after purchasing many items on line, I must give them a 1 star review due to their refund policy. Don't expect to get your money back soon, you have to wait for the acknowledgement of the parcel return, then the refund email, then 10 days after this. You could be in a situation where your credit card needs paying when you should have received your refund.

However, after one wear of the printed linen blend bandeau midaxi dress and following the wash instructions, the dress has unfortunately shrunk and the hook and eye has come off.
I haven’t had a chance to wear my cream satin maxi skirt but it has already pulled in certain places so god knows what it’s going to look like after the first wear.
Really frustrated at the quality of the clothing.
Made a few orders in the last two weeks! Everything is great quality and shipping arrives so fast. I have just bought another colour in some of the items I received I love them that much.
Have just started the returns process, so far so good. Hopefully they will refund quickly despite what the reviews suggest. I have faith they will!
