Speed Issue Fixed.
I was experiencing speed issues with my broadband. Once I reported it, the technician from Lila called me and couldn't do enough to help. Now my speeds are excellent.

Following my internet connection…
Following my internet connection dropping out ..
First Lenny tried to sort it, using various methods, he was very helpful, talking me through several different methods. Easy to follow instructions. Told me to do a full system reset taking 30 minutes with instructions if it failed to email him.
It failed to reset, Lenny escalated it to Russel, who after trying again using various methods was able to sort it…
Absolutely fantastic service….
Would recommend Lila to anyone….
OUTSTANDING…….
Both Lenny and Russel are a credit to Lila.
Best internet service by far….

Russ to save Lila connects bacon
Russ to save Lila connects bacon. Polite, friendly and friendly. Finally fixed the problem of having no internet for 5 days. The 5 stars I give to Russ only not Lila as a whole. I will be pursuing for compensation and luckily I have 5g mobile router which I used as backup.
