Waited 2 weeks for a floor lamp to be delivered, when the parcel arrived the lamp was missing its shade, only the tripod support was delivered. When I called customer support, the error was confirmed but the item was now no longer available. How could it be that they could not just send me the missing part that must still have been in the warehouse? Return organized now for full refund

Delivery takes 6 working days, there warehouse is in Germany. Outdoor wall light is fine, tricky to install. Gives off good light, light temperature switches are inside plastic covers, e.g warm or cool light, high, medium, low. These are difficult to adjust after wall light is installed.

However I recommend you use a different courier other than DPD as the package was not delivered with care !
