Scam. Ordered a wardrobe. Damaged goods received - battered with missing pieces. Appalling customer services experience. Sent item back. Confirmed received by courier. Then Lampmasters held it for 4 weeks and returned it to me again. They're now asking me to do the same thing all over again and cant refund me until I do. This is clearly a scam and the people liasing in customer services act accordingly. DO NOT BUY FROM LAMPMASTERS.

Very frustrating experience and waste of time - avoid.

I ordered a Ferm Living Scenery Pinboard (Natural Oak). Delivery was repeatedly delayed with “order postponed” emails, and it eventually arrived after around three weeks.

The outer packaging was falling apart on arrival (the courier commented on this), and although the item inside was undamaged, it was the wrong colour (black frame instead of natural oak).

I notified customer service immediately with photos. Communication was consistently slow, often taking several days between replies.

Despite this being their mistake, they refused to dispatch the correct item or issue a refund until the incorrect item had been returned and processed at their warehouse. Despite my telling them I had no packaging for it, as theirs had not been sufficient.

I was required to:

Repackage a very large item myself
Source additional packaging materials
Measure the parcel and provide dimensions before collection would even be arranged

The return was delivered to their warehouse on 12 March. My refund was not issued until 2 April — almost three months after payment for an item that was never supplied correctly.

To add to the frustration, after the return had been processed I received emails stating that, to reduce environmental impact, they had decided not to require items to be returned — despite having required me to return and repackage this large item.

Overall: slow communication, unnecessarily complicated return process, and a very delayed refund for an incorrect item. Never got item I wanted and took much of my time chasing the item and organising the refund. I would not order from this retailer again.

Ordered a lamp, which I was not informed was out of stock until after I paid for it, it took over a month to arrive, and arrived today in pieces! I'm not impressed. Lampmasters, let's see if you can turn this bad experience around?

Update, it is taking an eternity to get my refund.. I will update my review again if / when I get my refund. My advice is to shop local, and stay away from these sites. It should be illegal to call yourself lampmasters.ie when you are actually operating from Germany.

An utter joke of a company.
AVOID at all costs. They sent me the wrong item, did not apologise once. Then I had to send back their item in order for mine to be sent (that I paid for). That was 7 weeks ago!! Still no product ! I understand mistakes are made but if I had once felt that they cared or gave a crap about my experience it would have been ok. Instead they refused to apologise and still are shifting blame to the courier company . NEVER will use these cowboys again

Terrible service from a dodgy company. The lamp they sent didn’t work and they refused to do anything about it, citing low staff levels in the help centre and “problems with the computer”. Weeks later I still haven’t heard from them.

I ordered an item from Lampmasters.ie on the promise of delivery in 3 days, it took 3 weeks. The item delivery was not the correct item & the company proceeded to engage in a lengthy returns policy whilst failing to supply the correct item.

I would try somewhere else before wasting time with this type of service

I ordered a lamp on Jan 26th because the website promised delivery within a week. Since then, it has been a total nightmare

First, I got an email saying it would be delayed by a week. I was patient and waited. Now, they sent another email saying it will be delayed for 2 months.
Even though they told me it's delayed by months, the product page STILL says "Delivery time: 3-6 working days" to trick new customers.
Their customer service takes days to respond to a single email.
This company is intentionally misleading customers with fake shipping estimates. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT buy anything from here.

Very bad experience. Ordered two articles indicated as available. They took my money and then told me that the articles are currently NOT available and will be delivered at the end of April. What a joke.

Set completely incorrect delivery expectations. Then the lamp arrived in a damaged box (also damp). They won’t arrange collection and I’ve now had to buy the lamp elsewhere as it’s a gift. I just want a refund and for you to collect the one that arrived in the damaged (still unopened box). Please can the company owner contact me? Thanks.

Disappointing. The lamp looks very average, maybe 70€ worth and not the €168 I paid for it. You have to add on the UK style plug yourself. No idea how this lamp retails for that much. It’s a nice enough lamp but way over priced. Materials are Chinese.

I submitted a return claim for a scratched and faulty lamp bought from the UK site on 19th June. They agreed to return and refund, but there is no arrangement for the collection. I’ve sent multiple emails and made many phone calls. Each time I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever has.
After 40 days of waiting, a third-party logistics company came and picked up the lamp on 31st July. 19 days since then, I haven't got my refund back. They didn't reply to my last two emails and don't answer phone calls either.
It has been 62 days in total for the refund process, and I don't even know if I can get my money back. This is the most terrible purchase I have made, and dealing with this irresponsible company is a nightmare.
Run as fast as you can away from this company, they made beautiful websites to attract customers, but there is no after-sales customer service at all and unreachable after they take your money.

Nice delivery times considering UK delivery: ordered on 8th April and received on 14th April. Honest prices and no custom duties to UK.

Only feedback is for GLS to provide expected delivery times/time range (not just "In Delivery Today").

Otherwise, very happy and will purchase from Lamp Masters again. Thank you!

Found what I was looking for and it was delivered in a short time

The whole shopping experience was a pleasurable one, from browsing, through ordering and finally delivery of my lovely lamps. The price was competitive too.
I would highly recommend this site
