LightFunnels is the best builder you'll ever use.
I'm amazed as a beginner, how I was able to build landing pages and funnels in minutes.

The customer service is 5/5, immediate response and they are consistently updating their platform with new features.

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with LightFunnels, an online service provider. Our previous agency subscribed to their services, and at the time of signing up, they became the account owner. However, upon completion of their services, our agency kindly requested to transfer the account ownership back to us. Shockingly, LightFunnels has persistently refused to provide any assistance!

Despite our continuous efforts to resolve this matter amicably, LightFunnels has shown a complete disregard for our needs and refuses to acknowledge our rightful claim to the account. We have attempted to change the account email from the dashboard, but sadly, this option has been disabled, leaving us helpless and frustrated.

What further exacerbates our disappointment is the knowledge that LightFunnels would entertain a request from our previous agency to reclaim the account, even after we provided them with all the necessary background information regarding this issue. The previous agency has even agreed to transfer the account to us, yet LightFunnels continues to deny our plea for assistance.

To resolve this frustrating situation, both parties involved have sent invoices and relevant records to LightFunnels, hoping they would reconsider their stance. Regrettably, their response has been utterly disheartening, leaving us worried and desperately in need of their intervention.

We implore LightFunnels to understand the importance of accountability and customer satisfaction. It is only fair that they rectify this situation promptly by transferring the account ownership to our agency, as per our previous conversations and agreements. This fraught experience has severely impacted our business operations, hindering our ability to efficiently manage our account and utilize LightFunnels services to their fullest potential.

We sincerely hope that by sharing our unfortunate experience, LightFunnels will recognize the urgency of this matter and take immediate actions to assist us. As a valued customer, we urge LightFunnels to display empathy and professionalism by resolving this account ownership transfer issue promptly.

Potential customers should be made aware of such problematic practices, as it reflects the company's overall level of service and commitment to its customers. We trust that LightFunnels will rectify this situation promptly and restore our faith in their ability to provide satisfactory customer support.

Just imagine Shopify and CF having a baby. Boom ! You have LightFunnels rocking just like SSJ2 Gohan vs. Cell.

I started looking for a good Shopify alternative 2 years ago as I was in need of a more flexible platform. I literally tried everything from WooCommerce to Webflow. I gave Wix, CF & Systeme io a try too but none of them fulfilled my needs like LightFunnels does !

A CLEAR dashboard, every single data we need without having to link Google Analytics. They give stunning templates, crazy built-in features that usually cost a lot $$$ and last but not least the staff is hands down the best ever on a platform like this

They're constantly improving, giving us new features and new on-point templates (I remember saying to myself that these guys never sleep when I first entered the facebook group).

They're treating their customers like family and most of all their support is G.O.A.T.ed (shoutout to Yousra who's probably tired of me at this time 😅)
