Payment accepted, service delayed, refund blocked behind KYC
I initially registered an account with this service in mid-2025 to explore their offerings and potentially purchase a VPS, but at that time I decided not to proceed.
This week, I went ahead and purchased a VPS. After waiting approximately two days for activation, I received an automated ticket stating that I must complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued ID. Only after this unexpected requirement was introduced did support inform me that a refund would not be possible unless I completed the KYC process.
This approach raises serious concerns. Requiring identity verification after accepting payment — and effectively withholding refunds until personal documents are provided — is highly questionable and undermines trust. Such policies should be clearly communicated upfront, not imposed retroactively.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider the implications of these practices before making a purchase.

Оплата прошла, но нет кода доступа который должен прийти почтой, на запрос помощи нет ответа 5 часов " обращение рассматривается" думается 5 часов это долго.

Я оплатил услугу хостинга через PayPal (гостевой платеж) и столкнулся с серьёзной проблемой. Мой аккаунт был блокирован без объяснения причин, доступ к серверу полностью потерян, а поддержка не отвечает.
Факты:
Аккаунт деактивирован с формулировкой «вопросы относительно предоставленной информации» — без конкретики.
Все оплаченные продукты и заказы отменены.
Нет возможности получить бэкап или управлять сервером.
Поддержка игнорирует обращения, email не мониторится, кнопки спора через PayPal для гостевых платежей отсутствуют.
Вывод:
Услуга не предоставлена после оплаты.
Отсутствие нормальной поддержки делает работу с сервисом крайне рискованной.
Если хотите использовать SpaceCore — будьте готовы к потере доступа к серверу без предупреждения и сложностям с возвратом средств.
Рекомендация: осторожно, особенно при гостевых платежах и без резервных копий.

Typical scammers, don't get involved, first they withdraw money and then immediately demand KYC, they never provided me with the paid server, bravo))
Thanks for the answer, I just didn't find any positive moments with cooperation with you, and if they demand KYC from you, then warn about it before withdrawing money, which you then don't return in case of refusal to pass KYC, then it would look honest...

The procedure itself is fast - typically only a few minutes - carried out via an encrypted external portal. Your documents go into a separate, highly protected repository; even our own staff cannot view them, and no data is shared with third parties unrelated to the check. After you complete it once, we will not ask you again.

Cheap prices - KYC trap
The service as is is great. Support is excellent and always replies in time. No complaints to the Spacecore staff - you did a great job. Periodic downtimes and connectivity issues were tolerable because of cheap pricing and heztner service quality (this company is a reseller). But the business strategy is intolerable and the owner deserves 1 star for deceiving their customers.
As for recently this service has started to require KYC, locking their existing customers from accessing functionality unless you give your actual face to a 3rd party KYC company. Mind you, while Spacecore Solution LTD. is registered in UK, the actual owner is located in Canada and as such European law does not work on him.
In their telegram page owner argues "KYC is widespread and it is pointless to hide anyways". Avoid at all costs unless you don't care about your privacy.
