Unprofessional. ( BAD SUPPORT/UNRESPONSIVE PLATFORM). They communicate through social media about the efficiency of their platform as well as their support team; in fact, it is the opposite, they do not know what they are talking about and have no respect for their customers, time has no value for them, you can wait there for 5 days with no solution.
No clear refund policy.
In general, it was a bad experience with Lightfunnels I wasted 5 months getting familiar with the platform but in vain, I have been thinking that I was setting up well-structured funnels, but the platform is not responsive and the support is a mess.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

I thank Lightfunnels support team a lot for their efforts. Fast and quality assistance service. Especially Adam from support team. He was fast, positive and solved my problem without any further process in only one step.

I see it as a Shopify Killer with all the free plugins and features at a really affordable price for beginners and for the loading time speed we don't even talk ;), I really recommend it for any e-commerce business, lead collecting or store creation :D

I've been in the e-commerce space since 2016 and i built multiple shopify and woocommerce stores and i've never seen bad support as lightfunnel support, if you need anyting because the plateform is new you'll need to wait 48H and the agent will never dedicate time until the problem is fixed you may try his suggestion and may not work for you happens multiple times and if you send another message you wait for another 48H this is the most ridiculous e-commerce platform i used in my life i highly recommend to stick with the big players Shopify is king guys or clickfunnel
