Customer Services uninterested
Had problems since it was given as a gift. Doesn’t count/save steps for more than a day and doesn’t pair properly with Apple health app. Contacted customer services on service2023 email address and after explaining problems they simply said it’s because of app update. Reset to factory settings , same problems. So emailed again with no response. Terrible customer service!!

It’s been challenging to reach Lige Watch
Ordered them 15 days ago they confirmed the order very next day with a wrong tracking number and since then I am trying to reach them by emailing and filling form on there website but no response have not heard back from them yet. There is no phone number to contact them directly.
Very disappointed with this Company .

Bought a watch from Lige
Bought a watch from Lige. Arrived damaged. Contacted Lige by email and they said they would send a replacement on June 16 th. No replacement has come despite emailing again. There is no phone number to contact them directly.
Very disappointed with this Company .

They never respond to emails
I have a nice watch. Self-winding, too, which is impressive.
It has a metal strap with a clasp that opens a little too easily for my liking but that's not a real issue.
However, the button that starts the stopwatch fell out. I can't find it. I have emailed Lige several times to ask about a replacement or having it mended (it was a few months old) and never received a reply.
So, if you are thinking about getting one, you'll have to hope that it is a good one because there'll be no support for it if anything goes wrong.
