Let’s be truthful here, cheap Chinese tat ! Yes looks amazing in their glossy adverts , however when the product arrives completely the opposite, they allegedly offer a 14 day money back guarantee, however FAIL to reply within that time frame thus invalidating that guarantee ! Ask your self where do the positive reviews come from on their website as no link to leave a review , please don’t make the same mistake as I did and get taken in by their FALSE advertising and reviews !

I've read a lot of bad reviews on here and tbh I can't make a bad review. I ordered the monarch and it's amazing it looks beautiful and everything works as it should. But I did actually buy it from the Alexander Liges website in fact I've ordered 2 more. The customer services is totally fine I got delivery updates regularly and the customer service answered my questions within 24 hours. My advice is go through Alexander Lige directly and not through a 3rd party

The company can improve by making a decent product !. On opening the box the new watch, the winder fell out !

Ich weiss nicht wieso es so viele negative Bewertungen gibt?? Vielleicht habt ihr alle die falschen Uhren erwischt (Fakes von Lige) aber meine EF12 und EF19 (total 2xEF12 und 2x EF19) laufen Perfekt und Genau, habe sie mit meiner Garmin Enduro 3 Verglichen!!

Cheap nasty rubbish, not worth the price. When you want to return the goods they expect you to send it back to China even though it's sent from a UK address. Also they claim to be a UK limited company but there is no trace of them on companies house. BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Schrott aus China - Alles Fake! - Auf keinen Fall kaufen!
Am 31.03.2025 habe ich die LIGE Smartwatch Herren Militär (1.43'' Amoled HD) bei Amazon gekauft. Bereits im August 2025 war die Uhr nach dem 1. Kontakt mit Wasser tot. Sie zeigt nur noch black Screen, Aufladen unmöglich.
Versprochen wurde auf der Amazon Website eine wasserdichte Smartwatch und ein Service innerhalb von 24h.
Den LIGE Service versuchte ich mehrmals über Email und das Formular auf der Website zu kontaktieren. Ich habe nie eine Antwort bekommen!
Ich kontaktierte natürlich auch Amazon und die Versicherung, die ich zum Kauf der Uhr abgeschlossen hatte. Mein Fall befindet sich dzt. noch in der Schwebe, weil sich niemand zuständig fühlt und es einer auf den anderen schiebt.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das eine signifikante Verletzung der geltenden Gesetze zum Konsumentenschutz. LIGE bewirbt seine Schrott Uhren aggressiv auf Amazon und ihrer Website, aber keine der Garantien werden eingehalten.

Dreadful customer service, metal strap has broken before warranty up. They won’t replace. Told me to buy another !!!!

Since I bought my first Smart Watch in 2015 I have purchased more than twenty of them.

Some of them broke down after 2 or 3 weeks and I was able to return them before the fatidic one month Amazon return window closed and get a full refund!

BUT many others I had to throw away after 6, 8 or 9 months and buy a new one.

THE REASON is that Amazon often sells merchandise from a “Third Party” seller, which disappears after a few months. So it is too late for Amazon warranty and there is nobody home for the other warranty.

Try to buy again an electronic item that you bought just a few months ago and you will see that it is “Not Available” any more. And what happened to the seller who sold that item? Disappeared also!

Indeed, LIGE watches are still there after several years BUT they are very smart. Instead of changing the company name, like many others, they just change their models every couple of months. THEREFORE, if you write a bad review about them in Amazon, it will be honestly published, indeed, even if it’s bad.

HOWEVER, since your review will be attached to the watch you purchased, which has now disappeared, that means that you spent your very precious time writing a review that nobody will read because it is attached to a dead body that is buried in a place that nobody will find it! It has often happened to me.

Yes, LIGE is still there, BUT my watch has disappeared from Amazon… Yes, LIGE offers a 2 year warranty.

BUT when I sent them an Email because their watch went kaput after 9 months, they answered back (ONLY ONCE!) with a lot of beautiful words, saying how much they were sorry, bla, bla, bla.

BUT NOTHING ELSE!

I wrote again requesting the RMA that they did not send the first time and told them that, unlike Lazarus, their dead watch had not resuscitated with their beautiful words…

BUT NOBODY REPLIED.

I wrote a third time requesting the RMA.

BUT NOBODY REPLIED.

I wrote a fourth time requesting the RMA.

BUT NOBODY REPLIED.

In short, I WROTE SIX TIMES, both to the person who had answered my first message with such beautiful words, and always sending a CC to another Email that I had found for that LIGE enterprise, AT NO AVAIL.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR LIGE TO SEND ME THE RMA for their watch that died after 9 months with a “Two Year Warranty”…

Their deafening silence, joined to their lack of the most elementary courtesy, pushed me to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

But guess what? LIGE IS NOT LISTED IN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Let’s hope that, this time, somebody will be able to learn something with my review here, in Trust Pilot, since my Amazon review is buried with a dead body that no longer exists in their website!

Bitte keine Lige Smartwatch'es kaufen, egal wo. Finger weg. Die Qualität ist mangelhaft. Die Messungen fehlerhaft. Die Uhrzeit bei nicht verbundenen smartphone falsch. Der Kundenservice sehr sehr schlecht. Es handelt sich um billige chinesische Ware, die nur perfekt beworben wird, z. B. Bei Amazon. Das einzig positive war die Kaufpreiserstattung. 10 Monate Test haben mich zu dieser Rezension gebracht. Gebt lieber paar Euro mehr aus und kauft euch eine Smartwatch bei einem namhaften Hersteller.

Uhr war nach kurzer Zeit defekt, der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Just added my 6th Lige sub homage, "bluesy," at the amazing price of $17. Watch, price and shipping all as advertised. Very satisfied with everything. Will buy #7 when Lige offers a sub homage Bruce Wayne.

The hands stopped moving. I changed the battery but it didn't fix the problem. The digital display works though.

Ich habe die Lige DM1-F-JF Smartwatch bei Amazon gekauft. Anfangs funktionierten alle Funktionen problemlos. Die Uhr machte alles, was sie sollte. Doch nach 6 Wochen funktionierte nichts mehr. Das Display blieb schwarz, obwohl die Uhr die ganze Nacht am Strom angeschlossen war. Abends hatte sie noch meine Schritte auf die App übertragen. Bei Amazon bekomme ich die Nachricht, dass ich mich an den Kundendienst von Lige wenden soll, aber der ist nirgendwo aufgeführt. Was also nutzt die Garantie, wenn man diese aber nicht anwenden kann.

I bought a Lige watch 2 months ago. When it arrived, I could alteady tell it was trash. Now, I keep having to adjust the date as it goes faulty every time. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on these Lige watches. Cheap case material, cheap glass, cheap cyclops, cheap chinese mechanisms & cheap straps.

Complete BS tried to contact re warranty issue was told I have to pay for an app to get service.

Are they joking.

Bought a Lige watch because I liked the design, it synched with Samsung Health and was waterproof.

Watch came and I was pleasantly surprised to find a choice of bands included. Synching was a bit fiddly but once set up it worked well. Big WATERPROOF label stamped into the metal of the watch surrounds was reassuring but no swimming exercise mode. Nothing in the user guide either. Rechecked ad, yep advertised as waterproof. Big swimming logo on the front of the box.

A month after I bought it I was wearing it gardening when it started raining - not a heavy tropical downpour, just a shower. Watch blanked out - just a white screen, inoperable.

Contacted customer service with details- new watch promised. Waited a month chased each week - same lame excuse of blaming Amazon logistics, week in, week out, every time I contacted them.

Contacted Amazon - no record of any return/refund package being entered into the system.

Waste of time and money.

Die Uhr kam sehr schnell, dies wohl auch das einzig Positive. Die Uhr hält nicht was sie verspricht.
1. Keine Verknüpfung mit Samsung Health
2. Keine eigenen Bilder als Hintergrund.
3. Schrittzähler zählt irgendwas aber keine Schritte.
4 Zifferblatt kann nicht so eingestellt werden, wie man es möchte, obwohl gross angegeben. Auch sind gerade mal 4 Zifferblatt sehr wenig.
5. Der Support meinte, ich soll bloss keine Smartwatch kaufen. Habe jetzt eine teurere Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 gekauft und die übernimmt alles von meinem Telefon.
Kauft bloss nie etwas, dass den Namen Lige hat.

I got my Lige for a Christmas present, I work in the building trade,it’s been vibrated bashed and covered in dust,and it still works perfectly, lost my charger somewhere in France and contacted Lige on WhatsApp for a replacement,they couldn’t have been more helpful and sent me a new charger immediately,I would certainly recommend a lige watch to anyone
