I got a lige smart watch for a present and it stopped i bought a new charger cable and it still doesn't charge emailed them about the problem and still haven't received a reply worse customer service i ever come across will never recommend this company to anyone avoid them at all costs

I recently bought myself a watch as a Christmas present. I didn't want to spend much money but still wanted a relatively interesting or 'flashy' design. After looking at LIGE they had a large selection of different watches at a great price. After receiving my watch it was relatively heavy which came as a welcome surprise and was a high quality. I will definitely look into purchasing another.

I was bought a lovely watch for Christmas which stopped working 2 months later. I contacted the help team who said they would replace it within 2 weeks, this never happend and ever since I have tried to get in contact with them again and get no response. Awful company with even worse support. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRIDUCTS

I got the watch. Nice, date display, perpetual watch, moonphase, etc.
I was surprised because the date could show 39 days... Ok. Cheap watch, what can I expect from it.
But 2-3 months later it started to rust. I wrote to Liege on Aliexpress.
The answer: laughing sign...

I ordered a watch about 10 days ago. They gave me a tracking numper which does not work. I have tried to contact them twice through email ( only way to contact). No response so far.

Watch work for 3 months , and quit, no response from emails. Sent many emails with no response. Terrible

I bought watch from lige, it lasted 4 months then stopped charging so I reported it to Lige , they sent a replacement and I got 3 months out of it same issue no change I replaced the charger but still no charge, I have tried to contact lige but it's impossible to get through , I still have over 1 year warranty left there no honouring it DO Not buy a watch for lige, waist of money!!!!!!!

Impossible to contact Lige on the addresses they give you nor their Chinese email.

I purchased a smart watch as a gift for my daughter I put it away as was a Xmas gift without checking it !it worked fir a couple of weeks but then would not charge . We returned watch to an address we had for them in Ireland. They have had watch months sent pictures of the return receipt’s 30/1/24 but sellar not send refund .we have reported to Amazon .

I got a LIGE ST 2 watch from Amazon a couple of days ago.
Everything seems to be working OK and synchronizing with my phone EXCEPT the WEATHER function, which shows sometimes -2ºC and other times 11ºC in Miami Beach.
WHAT??? -2ºC IN MIAMI BEACH???

I therefore sent an Email explaining the problem to the address that came with the warranty
BUT I immediately received a MAILER-DAEMON message saying:
“Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address xxx: No mx record found for domain=123.com”

So I forwarded the same Email to the address that came in their mini, mini, microscopic manual
BUT I immediately received another MAILER-DAEMON message saying: “No mx record found for xxx.com”

THAT WAS A VERY, VERY BAD START!

So I found their website in the Internet and tried to chat with a technician, asking for a solution.
BUT the first thing they did was to offer a PAYING SERVICE FOR A WATCH THAT I JUST BOUGHT!!!

So I closed the chat and opened another chat asking if they have a SERIOUS PDF MANUAL FOR LIGE ST2 SMARTWATCH.
AGAIN, THEY TRIED TO RANSOM ME FOR THE ANSWER!!!

THEREFORE, I think that I will just return this watch to Amazon for a full refund.

Sorry but EXCESSIVE GREED IS ALWAYS BAD FOR A HEALTHY BUSINESS!!!

They never reply to my emails

Bought a very nice Lige Smart Watch from a Store on AliExpress. The strap is too small for my wrist.
Contacted the email address in the booklet supplied which states you can ask for strap accessories for extending the strap.
Got a reply stating they are only after sales for Amazon.
No reply from the AliExpress store & no way to obtain extra links from Lige. There is no way to know the service only applies to Amazon purchases until after you've bought the watch.

My watch failed within the warranty period (the hands fell off). LIGE do not respond at all the my complaunt. I believe their sales should be banne din UK for failign to honour the warranty

I had one given to me at Christmas after 9 months I had a problem got in touch with lige I had a new watch in a couple of days I love the watch and there customer service is second to none absolutely superb cant recommend enough

Ich habe die Uhr am.08.04.2023 gekauft bzw. erhalten. Seit dem 06.09.2023 ist die Uhr defekt und ich versuche seit dem einen Kontakt zum Kundendienst herzustellen. Leider meldet sich dieser nicht.
BITTE nicht kaufen.

Cheap and nasty like most goods from this country of origin. 2 minutes of wearing it and it fell off the wrist. Or was it 3 minutes

I left one star which was the minimum but that is too high. Worst customer service ever and scammed me on a return. I bought a watch from them via AliExpress for my son with a 1 year warranty and it started malfunctioning after a month. I agreed a return to China, and they claimed they never received it. The tracking from my shipper shows it received in China, but they kept posting tracking from another third party website which shows was basically another shipment from another shipper that went to a different country which just had the same tracking number. I raised this again and again and they just tried to pretend to be deaf to this and kept presenting this third party tracking information.

Worst customer service ever! No phone number and no response to chat request - 2 hours,
