After sales is not good
Such a delay to have to wait for a reply for a change of colour.
I put my order in on Tuesday 28th October and changed my mind on the colour immediately.
I have been dealing with an AI chat which seemed to be able to grasp the situation more so than staff at the company!
The company says they will reply in 2 days. I received an email on the 5th November.
Just a pain really as the product is good

Liforme mats are the best ones to practice yoga. I really love the designs and the way it feels when you touch the mat. It's also a great choice for practices where you sweat a lot, because you won't slip. I have a couple of different mats from Liforme and I'll keep buying them over and over.

Early this SUNDAY morning
Early this SUNDAY morning, from the United States, I purchased a Lifeforme mat. In my excitement I entered my incorrect email address to get an order confirmation and thereby, updates. I emailed Lifeforme asking how to correct that. Since it's the weekend I had hoped I'd hear from them some time this week. Two hours later I got a response and they corrected my email address and sent an order confirmation and updates. Amazing customer service. They say their offices are open M-F but clearly someone is checking. And that made me really happy and it's one thing I can cross off my To Do list this week.

The package delivers right on time , although I live in Greece 🇬🇷 the shipping cost is manageable since they always offer special discounts and reference links through yoga teachers around the world 🌎
Whenever I had any sort of inquiry, the reply was prompt, to the point, kind and professional all the way !!!
As for the website, I purely love navigating through it since it is appealing to the eye !
