I contacted their Customer Service regarding a potentially fake website supposedly selling their yoga mats. I received a response within 2 hours and they were very helpful.

for the price of the mat I expected it to last a long time... however, after not much use at all it has become so slippery that I can no longer use it. I practice daily and this has been my spare mat at my parent's house. However the last time I came to use it, I couldn't even hold a down dog as it was like standing on a slide. Really regret this purchase. My other yoga mat has lasted 10 years and is still as grippy as ever. Although I liked the mat initially, I am disappointed that it is already degraded and won't repurchase.

I never received my mat, the courior
Never delivered,
No phone number to speak to anyone at Liforme, now i have to ring around DHL, fill on line forms in, and literally do all the work to get my money back, as Liforme will not do a single thing to help.

Basically, they have my money already, so dont care that i never received it, and are making it as difficult as possible to get my money back, wasting hours of time chasing up couriors, on line paper work and replying to BOTs and generic emails.

Shocking customer service.

Avoid.

Liforme is a guarantee of quality. The customer care team supported me step by step with every request and even helped me with the purchase of three mats, each more beautiful than the other. To date, I’ve bought a total of eight mats from them—and I’d honestly love to have them all!
