Leon refurbished my bathroom to a high standard was polite and very clean worker.

I was recently transferred from my previous social landlord to Paradigm Group and needed to contact them to report a faulty communal parking gate. The customer service representative I spoke with was friendly, patient, and an attentive listener. Her warmth and genuine welcome to Paradigm were very much appreciated and left a positive impression on me.

I was particularly struck by her thoughtful comments, which gave me the sense that Paradigm is a social landlord truly committed to improving services for tenants and homeowners—especially during this period of growth. This dedication is clearly reflected in their efforts to expand activities, implement best practices, and enhance social benefits within the local community.

I also want to commend Paradigm for their proactive communication. Receiving messages and follow-up calls regarding matters that affect us—something I have experienced twice since January—is reassuring and demonstrates their commitment to keeping tenants informed.
