First, I want to formally acknowledge Aurial(sorry dont recall her second name) , the customer service representative that handled my call on 17/03/2026.
She was the kindest customer service representative i have ever dealt with. There was only one day left available for tests in May. But my card wasn't working, Aurial went out her way to personally speak with her manager, to hold the spot for the test date for me, whilst i called my bank.
She also arranged for my instructor to pick me up from the train station. As my lesson started the day I arrived back from a Yoga retreat.
SO really had to leave this review for her, as this is the type of service the big companies and franchises forget. Personal touch, MY CRASH COURSE thank you for bringing actual service back to business. 5 🌟 Service to rival Dubai.
