Logicsofts Solutions delivered a highly professional, modern, and polished website for our consultancy firm, Hartwell Advisory Group. From the very beginning, they took the time to truly understand our services, target audience, and overall brand positioning, transforming our vision into a clear, credible, and conversion-focused online presence.

The new website is significantly stronger across mobile devices, loads much faster, and showcases our expertise in a way that immediately builds confidence and trust with potential clients. Throughout the project, the team — especially Remi, Sachin, and Abhay — demonstrated an excellent balance of creative design, technical expertise, and commercial understanding.

Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality result stood out from start to finish. Unfortunately, I didn't have as good a experience as I'd liked to have. There was little communication and since I paid for them and clear progression I did not know what got done after a couple of weeks of working with them. Replies were slower the longer it went on and I had to continued to chase them down myself. Overall, I didn't feel that the service of the value of the money.

Awful experience in my opinion. Failed to improve my revenue after three months. Failed to improve my critical, commercial key terms rankings after three months. I sent them suggestions that could work and they were completely ignored. Communication was awful - Abhay would not address my queries in detail. I gave them a second chance after their salesperson ( Remi, my POC at the time) was rude and highly unprofessional. I wish I hadn't. A complete waste of my money, and I am in a worse position now than I was when I went to them for help.

I had also requested a report from the owner, showing me the work they had done on my site, the effects of said work and why said work was done... NOTHING was received.
