After living in my flat for over 20 years, I’ve sadly watched Limestone homes' (formally Paradigm Housing) standards decline year after year while the service charges increase dramatically. I now only communicate with them via email — it’s the only way to have a record and hold them accountable.

I reported racist graffiti on estate signage on 26th June, and ended up removing the signs myself because Paradigm failed to act. Over a month later, the signs still haven’t been replaced. This makes me feel like Paradigm have no regard for the well-being of their residents, let alone any commitment to tackling racism. Following a Subject Access Request I found a number of failings and false claims which are now being investigated by the Housing Ombudsman.

I have also reported Homophobia from neighbouring general tenants which received minimal action despite advertising on their website that they have committed to the HouseProud Pledge.

I’ve submitted formal complaints on two separate issues, both of which were handled with empty phone call apologies and then closed with no meaningful action. This is exactly why I advise all my neighbours to use email — phone calls go nowhere and allow them to dodge accountability

Great engineer

I would like to thank Jason from Paradigm Housing for the excellent work he carried out today on my loft water tank.

Jason was friendly, punctual and professional, and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to assess the problem and fix it straight away, and he was also a very kind and pleasant person to have in my home.

I was very happy with the whole process, from my initial phone call and the way the job was arranged, through to the work being completed. The whole team were helpful and professional throughout, and I felt that everything was handled efficiently.

Overall, I regard the whole experience as a complete success. I am very grateful to Jason and everyone at Paradigm Housing for the work that has been done.

Neighborhood officer Kerry was so friendly, she ask about any concerns I have and made all the visit easy to talk openly.

My family and I have been with Paradigm Housing Association for some 5 years now. The professionalism begins with the telephone staff through to the tradesmen who actually carry out work required. The properties are kept to a high standard and they want to know about any works required.

I have received a completely unexpected text from Paradigm today, with the date & time of an unknown appointment.
This meant that I had to contact them to find out if I had forgotten something.
Apparently it is for some sort of property inspection.
Paradigm, I think it would have been sensible and considerate if your text had said what the appointment was for, rather than your tenants (who are, after all, your customers) having to call to find out.
Something that could be done better in future.

Jessica was very polite and she has listened to my concerns, and has followed up on what she promised.

Fantastic service as always

Paradigm are very efficient and quick to react to problems. The office staff and technicians, are very helpful and friendly.

I have a property with Paradigm. I have just returned from Rome after a break with my son. During this period what looks like a sewage type leak from the bathroom has left a stain approximately 6 foot in length with an area pooling of about 2 feet in diameter. What looks like rotting paint, in the centre.

As it’s a Saturday I called Paradigm and waited for the out of hours service to respond which took about 15 mins. Pleasant enough guy but after some wait while he conversed with whoever I was told No we will not attend unless the ceiling was bowing and water was dripping, shock horror, report it on Monday. I expressed my concerns that it looks like sewage and the same thing was repeated. I asked could I send a video or picture as it’s very concerning. No they are not able to do that.

So I’m left with a leak which is no doubt causing more damage and gods knows what ever else.

Where has concern gone. And f it’s not sending out engineers who are not trained in the ecosystems they have installed its things like this.

3/8/26 Today’s edit: reported, told to turn water of daily, while at work. No appointments until 19th August. Spoke to my neighbours, two out of the three said we had same exact problem so it’s known about and nothing was done as a preventative measure. Shocking

Further to this the phone was not disconnected and I could hear disparaging comments being made about me. I also escalated to Cherwell environmental health who were going to issue notice. It’s the only thing that got them moving.

Since my complaint that have accepted no responsibility, found they were right and it’s not a leak they would attend quickly. Admitting staff were unprofessional in talking about me, said sorry and offered me £30.

Shocking.

During a visit from a Paradigm team member, I had the pleasure of having an open conversation that left me much calmer about the topic discussed. This team has been in constant contact and is trying to solve the problem in the best way possible for everyone. The security I felt after this conversation made me much more optimistic in several aspects. A big thank you to this fantastic team and I special thanks for the lady I spoke with.

There is a clear lack of support and care for tenants when they have repeatedly reported ASB and DA concerns - There has been no resolution and I feel unheard, discriminated against, ignored and really disappointed Paradigm housing have continually lacked support and useful intervention for my case. I feel this housing organisations complaints process is also flawed as complaints are only valid for Upto a year prior!! Despite the racial abuse, harassment, bullying and intimidation I continue to experiances - Paradigm have demonstrated on several occasions they do not understand diversity, people of colours lived experiances and Anti Social Behaviour. This Housing association responses and complete lack of care, support and proper soloution has significantly contributed too my mental health decline. Staff are unprofessional and clearly show no regard or interest to any other narrative or experiences that may not be in favour of their colleagues.
The housing officer allocated to myself WAS an incompetent housing officer and her collegue was clearly in favour of her.
