Customer service was incredible

Customer service was incredible! Even with preorder I received my bed prior to estimated date. Craig kept me updated and gave me options when mattress arrived before the bed which I appreciated. Bed is great, my 2 year old loves it. He is a sleep walker so the soft edges give me peace of mind in the night when he moves. 10/10

Great service and speedy delivery!

I ordered hastily and missed correcting my address from my PO Box to my home address. I called the next day and updated the delivery details with Craig.

Craig was extremely helpful and efficient and my delivery arrived within a few days.

I love my Ben rug and am thrilled it was an easy process for ordering and delivery.

Great idea, needs work

I absolutely loved the idea of this range as a renter who’s constantly moving. I’ve had my 2 seater + ottoman for 7 months now and yes it was easy to put together and keep clean, but the cushions are its biggest downfall. The bottom ones fall flat so quickly, and the back ones lose their shape and only support up to your mid back.

I’ve tried contacting Lifely for some new ones in case we just got a dud batch but only received an AI response. For the price I paid ($1700 AUD) I expected a higher quality product, and much more attentive customer service.

Should they make upgrades, their priority should be taller back cushions that maintain their shape. Unfortunately the whole experience has fallen short of my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with…

I had a wonderful experience with Lifely. The customer service is more than amazing — they are truly everything. So kind, attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring from start to finish.

The sofa is incredibly comfortable and has completely changed my weekends I can finally relax properly. My office chair has also made long work hours so much more comfortable.

Beautiful products, great quality, and outstanding service. I highly recommend Lifely!

Little Lifely Bed

We ordered the “Little Lifely Bed, Single”. After a month and a half of waiting, we finally received the bed, only to have gotten the wrong size (King Single) with a single size bed cover.
Although it was very upsetting, Craig (from Lifely’s Customer Service Team) turned it around and made my experience 100 times better!
He immediately got the correct bed sent to me within the 3 days (with an extra bed cover to keep) and arranged for the old bed to be picked up.
The bed has now been put together and my son absolutely loves it! It’s so comfortable and it feels like an extra extension around the bed. It was very much worth the wait!

Crappy Product

Waited months for it to arrive, when it finally arrived it was the wrong colour and not what I ordered, little guy had been waiting so long for his big kid bed I just kept the wrong colour. My husband nearly broke 2 fingers putting the cover on and we almost got divorced, has no base so mattress is just on the floor. Would not and will not be buying again for 2nd child.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a bed base and mattress in Dec for resale, delivery expected mid jan. Now the end of Feb and still not arrived. No communication from lifely until I contacted them. Fed BS from the get go...Now mattress has been delivered but no Base. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid them and go somewhere else to save you the agony.

Comfortable Bed, Emotionally Damaging Experience

I bought the Little Lifely bed for my son and it arrived last week. It’s gorgeous and extremely comfortable.

We’ve just transitioned our very active 2-year-old out of a cot and straight into a double, because he spent most nights in the cot performing Olympic-level gymnastics and getting stuck in the rails. Overall, I’m very happy with the bed itself… but I do have some thoughts.

I pre-ordered in mid-December for January delivery and never received an order confirmation (thank god for screenshots). January came and went, the bed did not. There were zero updates from Lifely. When I contacted them, the most pleasant interaction I had was actually with their AI assistant, Sunny - she was lovely. The actual humans were less… invested. I was simply told, “Yeah, it’s arriving in February.”

February arrived, still no update, while a friend of a friend who ordered after me already had a shipping confirmation. I reached out again to explain that if I’d known it would take two months, I wouldn’t have ordered - especially since we’d promised all of our nursery furniture to my very pregnant sister-in-law, who now couldn’t even set up her nursery because we were still using it.

Once again, Sunny the AI showed empathy; the humans remained mysteriously silent until a shipping email finally appeared. To their credit, the shipping company was great and the bed arrived a week earlier than expected.

We set it up that night so I could finally get a full night’s sleep after two years of midnight toddler-untangling. I will say: building this bed very nearly drained my will to live and briefly made me question my marriage.

They advertise it as “easy to assemble, no tools required,” which is technically true. The frame comes in four pieces that velcro together - 30 seconds, done. Easy.

However, one of the big selling points is the removable, washable covers. Getting those covers on took over an hour of wrestling, sweating, and using language not suitable for small children.

Zipping it up took another 45 minutes and absolutely required two people (three would have been ideal, or perhaps a trained wrestling team). By the time we finished, the bed was covered in so much of my husband’s sweat that it probably should have gone straight into the wash - but I would genuinely rather set the bed on fire than try to remove that cover and put it back on again.

So overall: great bed, very comfortable, and now that it’s here and assembled I don’t regret buying it.

That said, it’s definitely overpriced for what is essentially four pieces of foam and a cover, and between the customer service, delivery delays, and the assembly battle, I wouldn’t buy it again and wouldn’t recommend it.

In addition to my experience with Lifely's customer service and the product when it arrived, I'm also quite concerned about the company's lack of transparency. I attempted to post this review several days ago on their website. The review has not appeared and I can see that they have only shared 25% of the reviews sent in for this product.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

They market themselves as an “Australian furniture store”, but it’s becoming very clear this is nothing more than a drop-shipping operation with misleading advertising. Zero transparency, zero professionalism, and zero accountability.

I ordered a bed over 3 months ago and was repeatedly promised delivery dates that were never met. The latest promise was no later than the 15th, yet surprise surprise… still nothing. No delivery, no proper updates, just excuses and silence.

If you’re expecting an Australian business with stock and reliable delivery, you’re being misled. They take your money upfront and leave you chasing them like you’re the problem.

Now I’m forced to demand a refund and escalate this further because they clearly don’t care once they’ve been paid.

Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time buy from a real reputable furniture store instead of this mess.

Great experience with my Little Lifely

I purchased Little Lifely , Queen size for my toddler.

Communication:
On the check out page, it stated Express Shipping (2-3 business days) but I was already aware it was on pre-order basis. There was no communication from Lifely about my delivery until 1 week before the actual delivery to inform that the package has arrived and ready to dispatch. Local delivery arrangement was smooth, the customer service team reached out 2 weeks after delivery to check on my satisfaction level. Overall 4/5 stars for communication.

Assembly:
The Little Lifely came vacuum packed in a tall slim box (with wheels, wow) and very easy to assembly since it's all velcro taped. However, boy was the cover fitting difficult as crazy! It took me and 2 other siblings to fit the cover and we struggled so bad! We decided to never take it off unless extremely necessary. Overall, 4/5

Quality of bed:
My Queen size mattress fit very very snugly, which made it very difficult to remove the mattress during bedsheets change. But it's okay, I just slot it the bedsheets by the side instead of tucking it under.
The cover is waterproof, water droplets just slide off. But again, try not to wet it cos it's so difficult to take off and fit the covers back! Overall 4/5.

Overall comments :
Aesthetically, the Little Lifely bed fits all my boxes for a toddler floor bed and especially cos it fits a Queen bed. Most toddler floor beds are Single size.
It's been a month of using the bed and my toddler and I enjoyed it. I feel safe to let my toddler sleep there without worrying she will roll off or knock herself.
Despite the general review score from others, I would still recommend Little Lifely to parents with young kids.
