DO NOT ORDER! Purchased a Little Lifely Bed for my toddler on a pre-order that was due to be shipped out mid-Jan. Received zero communication regarding the order. Had to reach out after checking socials and online reviews. Was advised it would be shipped out early this week. No update since and nothing has been shipped out. Have seen multiple reviews corroborating my experience with the company, with many other parents experiencing even longer delays (since September), nil communication/updates and having their comments deleted on socials by the company. Some parents have even been ignored and refused a refund. Unreliable and untrustworthy company. Social media influencers advertising their products are not doing so in good faith. Better off paying extra and going through a more reputable company.

I would not recommend anyone purchase…

I would not recommend anyone purchase from this brand. Their products are nowhere near what they've advertised. We've purchased a bed for a toddler that is designed badly with no way for moisture to escape because it doesn't have a bed base. This was not stated clearly on their website. Mind you, the product was in stock, but it took them 4 months to get it delivered to us.

Their return policy is also misleading, they advertise 90 days free return no question ask. However, when we try to request a return, they tried to offer 10%, then 20%, then 30% off in credit and we kept the items. We clearly stated we just want a refund for an unusuable product. After countless emails of us flat out refusing their offer, they then mentioned they will escalate to the return team, which is over a week and we still haven't got a resolution. I know they are just trying to wear us out and eventually we will give up and take up their offer, but we will not accept this,

Horrible products, horrible customer service, don't advertise "hassle-free" return if you are going to do everything in your power to deny an eligible return. Make better products with authentic, clear descriptions and photos then you will not have many return cases such as this one.

Oh, what's even worse is that they hide my comment on Facebook instead of responding to it. My order ID is #lifely283486. We ordered in Sep 25 and didn't receive it until end of Jan 26 and the product was shown as in stock. Hopefully, your team will get back to us and stop offering me 30% 40% discount. I do not want it. All it does is to show how much mark up your products are and how terrible the quality are to be able to offer that high discount and still be profitable.

Lifely kid bed

We purchased lifely kid bed from them. The wait was over 4 months just to receive bad quality product. I wish the made it clearer that the bed doesn’t come with bed slate, it sits directly on the floor with no ventilation whatsoever. We requested a refund as per website policy but got ghosted, tried emailing them and life chat to them got no response and it’s been over a week already. There is absolutely no after sale customer service. The quality of the bed is just as terrible, just some foams that hold the bed together definitely not worth 800$. I left my review on the website just for them to delete it. Save yourself the headache and go buy somewhere else.

Do not buy from

I would NOT purchase from this store or recommend it. I bought a toddler bed I September and emailed 2 weeks after to see where it was. They advised it was on pre-order, even though this wasnt what was stated on their site. They said it would be delivered the first week of December instead. I then had to email again the 2nd week of December, as it hadn't been shipped. They replied saying the 1st week of January it would be sent. I had to email them again mid Jan as nothing had been sent yet again and they advised end of January. They are an absolute joke and they never contacted me at any point to apologize and say that there were delays, I always had to contact them first to find out the bed would be coming later. It took 4 months from me purchasing to demanding a refund for a bed that never arrived and I dont believe would ever be sent.

Don't trust the ETA on their website, its just clickbait!

After reading dozens of mixed reviews (as well for the company response) I decided to give it a go. I thought the ETA on pre-orders products were added due to the bad reviews of delays. But no, that was already there and it is just click bait to make consumers purchase without having a shipment coming.

Timeline:
Bought during black Friday sale with due date to dispatch 20th December.
End of December, I reach out as date in website has changed to January and I did not get notified. After 6 emails got a new eta of 19th of January and the promise of a partial refund as compensation, I accepted.
Fast forward january 22Th, no refund and no notification. And website showing now due date end of February. Once more after me reaching out, 3 days later got a full refund processed (money yet to come).

Unbelievable. The amount of sales this company misses its insane and so easily avoidable.

We pre ordered. Stock available in January. Then told it’s not coming. We had a few options. We selected money back. Imagine the interest earned. 1000 beds at $1000. 40k a month. Pathetic

Awful experience, do not buy from lifely

Disappointing awful experience due to poor communication and repeated delays. Still have not received my item.

I placed an order for a bed base on 23 November, which was advertised as in stock with an estimated delivery time of 3–8 days. Several weeks later, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock.

On 18 December, I was told the bed would be delivered that day, but it never arrived. I then received multiple revised delivery dates, 19 December, 22 December, and 23 December. On the morning of the 23rd, I was again told the item was on its way, only to be informed later that afternoon that a box was missing and delivery could not proceed.

On Monday, 5 January, Lifely contacted me asking whether I had received the item. I confirmed that I had not, and they advised they would escalate the issue. However, no one followed up, and despite several attempts to contact them that week, I received no response.

When I followed up again on 12 January, I was told that the item was sold out once more, with only an apology for the inconvenience.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience marked by poor communication, inconsistent information, and lack of follow-up. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.!

I purchased two of the Cushie Modular Sofas in double and queen, and they're absolutely incredible. We have one in our dining room and one in the spare office and they're so supprotive and comfortable as both a lounge and bed. We love them!

I placed a pre-order for the Tate…

I placed a pre-order for the Tate Extendable Table in Black on 30 November. It was very disappointing to learn on 17 December. 17 days later, that the table had actually been discontinued and was incorrectly listed on the website due to a system error. During this time, my payment had been taken and held despite the item not being available.

On 18 December, I requested a full refund. Instead of processing this, I was initially offered a $50 partial refund and a swap to a different table, which I declined as it did not suit my home. I was then offered store credit with an additional 10% incentive, which I also declined.

I was advised that a refund would be processed within 3–5 business days. I allowed additional time due to the Christmas and Boxing Day public holidays. By 29 December, having still received no refund or confirmation, I was forced to follow up and advise that I would escalate the matter. Four hours later, the refund was suddenly processed.

The item was never delivered, and this was not a change-of-mind cancellation. When a retailer cannot supply an item, a full refund should be issued promptly. Attempting to deflect a refund request with substitutions or incentives rather than processing it immediately is not appropriate and leaves a poor impression.

All parts not recieved and some were the wrong size

I didn't receive the hardware pack with my purchase of the Tate TV Unit. It took 2 1/2 weeks to receive this after numerous emails to customer service. Once received and we started to finally assemble the unit, we discovered that the 2 division panels were the wrong size and didn't match the size of the support pillars, so once again we were unable to complete assembly. Now who knows how long I will be waiting for the correct parts to be sent out. I have people coming over for christmas and won't have my living area looking its best because of this issue. Hugely disappointing.

I recently had to regretfully cancel an Order, but Jeralene and the Team at Lifely were very understanding in my reasoning and the whole process only took 8 minutes - from pressing the send button on my email, to receiving confirmation from Jeralene that my Order had been cancelled and the money back in my Account - was impressive to say the least.
This would've been my 4th Mattress purchase from Lifely, as I am so happy with the quality and everything that these Mattresses have to offer for the price point.  
Not only are Lifely's Mattresses awesome, but their Customer Service is outstanding.

We recently ordered a bedroom suite…

We recently ordered a bedroom suite from Lifely, and unfortunately the delivery experience with their courier, Ship 2 Anywhere, was extremely disappointing.
We were given a 12pm–5pm delivery window, but the courier refused to provide a simple 15-minute call or text when they were on their way. The unit is in the final stages of renovation and no one currently lives there, so we needed a rough arrival time to ensure someone could be there to let them in. Despite explaining this, they still refused and said they would “leave it in a safe spot” and notify us once it was delivered.
When we arrived at the unit, the bedroom suite had been left in the foyer, with no message or notification that the delivery had occurred.
This is totally unacceptable, especially when we had specifically requested communication.
The lack of basic customer service from the courier reflects poorly on Lifely. Lifely should seriously reconsider using Ship 2 Anywhere if they don’t want to lose customers over issues like this.
I would not use this delivery company again.

Never actually delivers your items

Never actually delivers your items. Waiting still a month later for an item that was in stock and said it would dispatch within 2 days. All they could say or offer was "thank you for your patience, we really appreciate it" WTF. This is also a month of waiting after they already oversold my first choice and I had to settle for something I didn't even want.

They do these fake sales and don't have the items in stock. You're actually paying for a pre-order and they will send you an email to say the item will be shipped in 3-4 months time after you've made a purchase. Distrustful behaviour!

Fantastic customer service! I had to make changes to my delivery, this was done at no extra cost, so quickly and efficiently. Lively’s communication is has been amazing. Would definitely purchase from them again. Thankyou!

Lifely are Legends

This is the 2nd time I bought through Lifely. I needed my bed & mattress urgently, and even though the items weren't in stock (or due to arrive late December), the guys made it happen, expedited it and it arrived today on the 21 November!

Awesome work guys!! A special shout out to Sherwin in customer service who worked on this for me! Also thank you Joshua and Erica for your help coordinating the delivery! Legends! I recommend Lifely to all my friends.

TERRIBLE customer service

I ordered 2 items. One was a pre order. I have had nothing but issues with the delivery. They have not once sent me a shipping or delivery notice and have booked deliveries for certain days and then not shown up. Customer service is no help. They take no notes and you get someone new every time

Ordered to New Zealand

Ordered to New Zealand, when I ordered it said it'll get delivered within 2 weeks. Now 10 days later they're telling me the shipment will take 6-12 days from now on to arrive in new zealand and then another 6-12 days to get delivered. Make it make sense
