A sleek and contemporary look
The Eve queen bed was delivered punctually. I love the quality of the wood and how the pieces fit nicely together. The light wood colour is lovely. The low height is great, that's what I wanted. The floating side tables with the single drawer enhances the sleek look of the bedhead.

Lifely kids bed
I ordered the lifely marshmallow kids bed, when it arrived there was an issue with the fabric material, I raised the issue immediately with customer service. Christine was very kind, prompt and immediately sent out a replacement. It arrived in perfect condition and very fast! I was so happy with the response from the team. The bed is perfect for any kid and my toddler is absolutely in love with her bed! I highly recommend this brand and bed!
Seems dodgy, asked for a photo of my credit card!!?
Purchased this chair and got an email saying they needed me to "validate" my card by emailing a photo of it....SCAM. No not doing that, I personally run several Shopify and Shop stores never had this issue. Said I was not comfortable so they cancel my order still waiting for a refund. Just be aware some reviews online the chair is not as plush as it looks and the wooden table is too narrow to fit a laptop and not sturdy. Looks like a dodged a bullet but buyers beware. Also a lot of reviews state there is no lumbar support so you might as well get an arm chair from Harvey Norman

Don't touch them
Sent in a query to Eliving Furniture which Lifely has taken over on how long it would take a mattress on pre-order to arrive. Then sent a message through the E-living chat form as some people said you get a faster response there. Unfortunately they had been hacked and the email sent back was from a scammer with an email very close to elivingfurniture It was for my step-dad who is elderly and desperately needed a new mattress because his old one gave him a bad back. He tried to order the mattress and was told it had to be ordered by email. He was given an email to pay to which he did. No mattress and then he was given another (dodgy) email and asked to pay again. He was told PayPal would refund the original money. It never happened. Lifely/e-living offered about $160 - presumably the profit margin - off but he was still hundreds out of pocket. Then yesterday a bunch of customers including me started receiving emails apparently from E-Living but they were phishing emails trying to get a huge list of customers to click on a link. I had ordered with E-living before with no problems but if Lifely can't take care of their cybersecurity then I'm never buying from them again. Save yourself the bother.

Amazing Service, Beautiful Comfy Bed!
We recently had the most wonderful experience with Lifely. We ordered the very comfortable double marshmallow bed for our toddler to move into her big girl bed and the turn around time from order to delivery was super fast, we had a lovely delivery driver who helped me get the boxes inside and then my partner and I put it together in record timing without an argument! That's how good the instructions were :) Our Daughter LOVES her new bed and so do her 100's of toys she's popped into bed with her. Christine was also super helpful and clear with communication about delivery times and quick to respond, which we are so grateful for. It was nice to have a real person emailing us, rather than AI. Thank you Lifely, we will be looking at some other furniture we may need around the house ASAP!
Kids Double Bed
I ordered a kids double bed from Lifely for my sons birthday. I needed it before a certain date, I had Craig assisting me the whole way with delivery updates. He was very professional and checked in every day. My son is obsessed with his new big boy bed! Cannot wipe the smile off his face!

I sent a few queries requesting updates on the order and was responded to within the hour which I thought was great customer service. No question was too hard either which I really appreciated :)
Overall good experience
I had the couch delivered to our new Airbnb which is an hour away from our home. I had to plan the delivery as accurately as I could and had to make a few phone calls to the delivery company Lifely use. They were all helpful - including the Lifely team that provided me with details on the process and we managed to agree on a delivery date once it was with the delivery company. They dont have an option to bring the boxes to the room which was unfortunate as we had 12 boxes (6 seater couch) and had to go up to floor 4. They all fit into the lift over 4 trips up. I didnt realise it takes 20 minutes each seat to put together also. We havent done that yet so can not provide feedback on that.

We have had such a great experience with customer service. We have specifically been dealing with Craig with a swap of product. The continuity of speaking with one person not explaining to multiple people has been refreshing. Craig has been on top of the whole situation and has even contacted us by phone to discuss delivery times and options. I could speak higher of Craig and his customer service. He is very happy and nothing is to much trouble. Fantastic experience, fantastic service.
Little lifely bed
I purchased the little lifely bed for my daughter. I would give 10 stars if I could. We are very happy with our purchase, and my daughter transitioned from cot to bed with ease. The bed is so soft and its lovely to look at! The communication from the company was amazing too. Craig is lovely to talk to!! I highly recommend.

Honestly so disappointed with my experience with Lifely Furniture.
What should have been a simple purchase has turned into an ongoing, frustrating process from start to finish. My original order took over 6 months to arrive. During that time, I was repeatedly told it had been shipped — yet when I contacted the delivery company directly, they confirmed they had attempted to collect it but it wasn’t even there. Despite this, Lifely continued to insist it was “on its way.”
Fast forward to finally receiving the chairs, only for them to break within a few months — clearly well within warranty.
After being told replacement chairs were confirmed, I’m still dealing with constant back and forth and being asked multiple times for photos of the same damage I’ve already provided.
To make things worse, I’ve now been told the original black chairs I purchased are “unavailable,” and only white replacements can be offered — which is not what I ordered or expected.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and drawn-out process has made this incredibly frustrating. When a product fails under warranty, the resolution should be straightforward — not dragged out like this.
Here I am, still chasing a resolution.
Based on this experience, I’d definitely think twice before purchasing again

My experience with ordering from Lifely.com.au has been positive so far.
The delivery timeframe seemed long when I received confirmation. But luckily it came at the quicker end of the scale.
The radiant mattress I ordered is so far living up to expectations. I wrongly ordered the firm topper when I wanted soft and customer service were quick to respond and offer a solution.

Stylish, Affordable & Reliable
I’m really impressed with Lifely! When I receieved a faulty part in my flatpack, the customer service team were quick to help, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The quality of the furniture is excellent. It feels sturdy and well-made, not like regular flat pack furniture. The prices are very affordable for such high-quality pieces too. Shipping was fast and smooth. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lifely!
