Some people mention the delivery time as a problem, not in my case. When I was still buying the books the estimate time of arrival was clear and it did arrive near that date. They were well packed and it was exactly what I had ordered.

I don't have anything nice to say, because despite paying for 10 books, being nice to them when they told ''there's a little bit delay in the shipments'' ( I assumed only a few days); been 20 days and they still haven't shipped the books. 20 days!

They don't even know when will they ship and they disrespect your intelligence by answering you AI generated vague answers after 20 days such as as the following:

'' Hello,
thank you for your email.
Your order has already been processed and is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.
We have marked it as a priority order, which will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.
We will notify you via email when it has been shipped, and you will find the tracking number in that email.
Thank you, and have a nice day.

''

As a reader, I’m so happy I found Libristo. I was sick of expensive books, and when I found this site was able to buy all the books I postponed buying on other sites. Thank you 🩷 Reading should be accessible to everyone.

The delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I received regular updates about my order, which I really appreciated, and everything arrived in excellent condition. One of the books has a small defect, but I honestly don't mind it, in fact, I find it quite charming because it gives the book its own personality and makes me love it even more. I will definitely order from them again, not only because of the great experience but also because of their wide selection of books.

One of the books I ordered didn’t seem new, the cover was damaged and since it was black it was very noticeable. Took also longer than usual.

We ordered a book on 15 May and it had a delivery date of 3-8 June. It wasn't posted until 3 June (over 2 weeks after the order) and it didn't arrive until 11 June; almost 1 month after we had placed the order and paid for it. Very poor service and we will not be using again!

My hardcover book took longer than expected and it does not look new at all, it has damage marks and it looks like it has been restored.

Great prices and great delivery system.

Libristo is very good to find books that you can't easily find somewhere else. I was excited to make a purchase because I saw the waiting time was quick, although it took nearly one or two months for me to receive my delivery. The thing is I paid more for that delivery than what I'd pay in other websites. But overall it's not bad, and none of my books were damaged.
