Jessie handled our case from start to finish. I must say she made our experience a very good one. It was our first time purchasing a house and we were nervous about the process and had lots of questions. I was able to call her at any time to ask questions during office hours or even send her an email. She replies very quickly and is always ready to reassure and provide an honest answer. She is very knowledgeable and very gentle with her replies, never seemed annoyed about us asking too many questions and is so encouraging. There were some frustrations along the way with the house etc but Jessie made sure to follow up with the people she needed to and gave us advice on how to deal with those effectively. If I were to buy another house again I’ll 💯 recommend Beam. I spoke to other people there as well and they are all so well trained and hands on but I’ll ask for Jessie specifically because she’s my absolute favourite. When we got the news that our keys were being released she gave us a call and was absolutely happy for us and cheering us on. That was really nice and it felt like Jessie and Beam actually cared about us and we weren’t just numbers to them. I’m grateful for their support through it all!
