Myself and my partner were first time buyers and chose beam to help us with the purchase of our home. Kim and the team were absolutely fantastic! We found it very convenient to have everything online especially using hoowla that keeps you up to date with what stage of the purchase you are at without having to chase anyone with emails. On the few occasions where emails were sent they were always responded to promptly (literally within an hour). They were a massive support and as first time buyers it can be very overwhelming but Kim was always there to answer any of our concerns. We cannot thank you enough!
