Really disappointed with Beam solicitors , I found them through doddl. Signing up and agreeing to payment was the only smooth transition from them. Once I agreed to use them. I was given a solicitor that only worked tuesday-thursday. As you can imagine , a part-time solicitor really makes it hard to make traction on a sale and get things done , of course when I was agreeing to use beam, it was never made clear to me that I would have a part time solicitor at full time prices , my sale was drawn out over 7 months partially because of this situation. Any time I rang my case manager they had " just received the information needed " to move the case forward , which the longer the sale went on seemed incredibly convenient. I was told often that they would get back to me when there was information I was chasing , and regularly I never got that follow up. I really felt I needed to keep on top of them because nothing seemed to move on without constant calling and staying on top of them , every deadline set was missed unless I rang both beam and the realtor to try move things along . Not to mention they never clearly gave me the information for my apartment rules or parking permit after I signed. Incredibly disappointed with Beam , my brother and friend both went sale agreed at the same time as myself , both had better solicitor working full time on the case and both closed months before be because of it

Seamless process engaging with Beam as my mortgage broker, informative every step of the way and no query was too big or small for the team. Also an extremely accessible service where you could access a Beam representative easily and quickly through the portal they use. I really feel like I had little to no atress during what can be a very stressful process due to the diligence and performance standards of each Beam team member I felt with. Would HIGHLY recommend Beam to anyone starting their mortgage application journey.

I would thoroughly recommend Beam and their innovative digital-first approach. Ailbhe, Ruth, and the team were exceptional throughout the entire process. Their proactive and supportive nature made a complicated matter feel seamless and convenient. They managed the situation brilliantly, and we never once had to chase them for updates. Beam were recommended to me via my mortgage broker as I was very particular on selecting a solicitor who was fast, efficient & had a proven track record in house conveyancing.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough, They assigned a case manager (Jessie) as our primary point of contact, who guided and supported us through the whole house buying process and was a true dedicated-professional to deal with from end to end.
They have a user friendly online portal where all documentation was handled electronically - So no time off work was required to go sign documents etc.
The fees where very reasonable also for the level of service received.
They made the house buying process easy and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We recently bought our first home and used Doddl as our broker and Beam for the property conveyancing process. The Beam team were amazing to work with - always so quick to respond and to follow up with our sellers solicitor as needed. If it wasn't for the Beam team, the process wouldn't have been as smooth and quick. Kim was our case manager and she was so helpful and always very quick to reply to our queries. The Beam portal is brilliant - it was great to have full visibility into every step of the process which included percentages to completion and noted the activities that had been completed and those outstanding - we found this very helpful as this process was new to us as first time buyers. We got our keys within 3 months of going sale agreed and that was down to the efficient Beam team. We will definitely use Beam again if needed, thank you for everything!
