Beam were an absolute pleasure to deal with on the purchase of our property in Donnybrook.
Mike, Jesse and team were extremely professional, highly efficient and operate a high quality service in an extremely timely and prompt manner. Our house purchase would not have gone through if not for the pace at which they operated while all at times offering expert advice and guidance. The Beam online portal allows full transparency on the status completion of the transaction and enables timely and frequent communication without the need to physically visit a solicitors premises.
Can not recommend their services highly enough and would be happy to use again in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Tasnem as our case manager. She was super responsive and helpful and took the urgency of our file seriously when delays were caused on the vendor's side. Our solicitor Ruth was very helpful and also a great communicator, ensuring to give us a call if any issues arose.

The whole process was made so simple. I absolutely loved the online portal where I could track the progress of my purchase, which was regularly updated by the team. Top stuff from beginning to end! I can't recommend Beam enough, especially if getting off work to take lengthy phone calls or trek across town to solicitors' appointments isn't an option for you. Their digital-first approach is exactly what I needed. Beam's portal kept me in the loop at all times and they were always only an e-mail away if I needed help. Their team were super responsive, friendly and efficient. They always had time if I needed to meet and effectively fought my corner in the face of some unscrupulous pressure from another party's legal representative. Really great experience and would heartily recommend!
