We can not thank beam enough for all their hard work and dedication throughout our home buying process. We want to say a special thanks to our case manager Ailbhe, no question was ever to small, Ailbhe was always by the phone to respond to any query or worries we might have had. Our solicitor Anastacia was also fantastic and unbelievably thorough with our case, she made sure we didn’t sign until absolutely everything was in order! Beam provided a fantastic experience for me as I purchased my first home. They were professional and friendly every step of the way with great communication and use of technology, I was kept up to with developments on the purchase as things went by.

Well what can I say. I decided to choose Beam as my Solcitors for my journey of buying my first home. At the start I was dealing with Charlotte Harte who was absolutely brilliant as a first contact, made everything so easy to understand and talked me through everything. I was then allocated Gráinne Hutchinson as my Solcitor and Gráinne Linnane Case Manager, what a duo. It must be record time from going Sale Agreed to Getting my keys with minimum stress. They were absolutely fantastic, so quick in responding to any queries, so professional, and made sure I understood everything before we moved forward to the next step. It really feels like they care about their clients and understand that the process is stressful and attempt to put you at as much ease as possible. Not alone were they absolutely fantastic to deal with but were very reasonable in their price. I also had some dealings with Claire towards the end of the process who again was beyond brilliant. I cannot thank the team enough and if there was more than 5 stars to give they would be getting it.

Working with Beam was really smooth. Very responsive, we got the whole process wrapped up in a couple of months.

Our dream of owning a house was all made possible with Beam. We could not recommend them enough. Always helpful and easy to communicate with.

Pros:
- Platform and workflow visibility is great
- Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and competent

Cons:
- Experience highly dependent on the case manager assigned (mine switched half way through and it went from great to poor experience)
- No proactive communication, milestones being reached without updating me I only find out via the workflow tracker
- Slow response times

I cannot recommend nor discourage anyone from using them.

During what was a difficult, tense, and sometimes seemingly impossible home purchase journey, Beam were just wonderful. From day one they were transparent and forthcoming with information, which was so helpful. I dealt with 4 people in total over a period of 9 months (including an intro call and life insurance discussions), and all were so pleasant and professional. I want to mention my case manager Laurie specifically; without her I wouldn’t have survived the process! She went above and beyond to get everything across the line, and I hope Beam realise how lucky they are to have her. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Beam for your conveyancing needs.

We used beam as they were linked with Doddl and the online portal was very convenient for following the process and allowed for flexibility and convenience to complete everything while working - we didnt require any days off to go in to any appointments usually associated with this process, the only one was for contract signing.
