We used Doddl as a mortgage broker and employed the services of Beam on their recommendation. Even though we were based in Dublin and Beam are based in Cork, the whole process was seamless through their digital experience (Hoowla portal, Docusign and Zoom). The only extra step we had to do was have one small document signed in person by a third party solicitor for a nominal fee. Our house buying process was over a year long due to delays on the vendor's side and yet we were supported and kept updated at every step of the process. The fees were outlined to us in advance and never changed, even though our sale dragged on for over a year. Our case managers Fadzai and then Laurie were exceptional in their handling of our purchase and we can't thank them enough for getting our house sale over the line and finally being able to collect our keys the day before Halloween!
