Pastel de nata at King’s cross:simply appalling you actually have to work at it to make something this bad. Is there a pastry police? No? There should be. Oh and why bother displaying the three greenest bananas I have ever seen.

Every time we have great experiences, the staff are really FAB at the leeds branch Gildersome LS27 7FP.
We go through the drive through often it’s our favourite coffee.

Honestly I love the breakfast,and cakes but today i tried the GFC and i had to spit it back out. It tastes and looks horrendous! Stay away from it!

Good staff, friendly, helpful and cheerful. Nice coffee and dessert items but the chicken fillet burger wasn't good. Mainly because it was quite tough. I have all my own teeth yet found it hard to bite off a mouthful without pulling the whole thing out of the bun! Not keen on the tarragon taste either but that's just my preference. They should rethink how it's presented, maybe smaller, sliced pieces rather than one tough slab?

We just stopped at the M6 toll services and had a Leon rice box meal. Hardly any chicken, rice was luke warm and the crinkle chips were under done. It was certainly not worth the money. It was our first Leon meal and will definitely be our last

I ordered chilli black beans and sunshine salad. The black beans had 2 tiny stones and almost broke my teeth, also it is the same than brazilian black beans but you get half the amount and has to pay the same money or almost the same than brazilian black beans. So never again.
Then the sunshine salad was not nice as the Romani or curly lettuce was really hard to swallow. I almost choke. The only thing for me is the baked fries and some of the cakes

This is the first time me eaten at the Westminster branch and believe me it is the last time, I can't describe to you how bad the food was and I'm still shocked I paid all that money for this. Chicken tasted of nothing even the source tasted of nothing I don't even know how that's possible, the bun literally went into self-destruct mode, I'm actually staying shock that places like this exist.

The signs were there and I chose to ignore them the place was practically empty for good reason nobody eats there.

I really have nothing good to say about anything they gave me the chips were cold the burger was the most disappointing thing. Please avoid at all costs.

Rowada was very friendly, helpful and very pleasant.

Leon at Schiphol. Ordered a muffin meal deal. Staff were friendly and price was ok. I was very disappointed with the food, my muffin wasn't a muffin but a bread roll, sausage was lukewarm at best. My cappuccino milk tasted a little sour but I am very sensitive to sour milk taste. I only gave 3 stars because the quality of the staff was good.

This has become my go to restaurant. Staff are always super friendly. The chorizo sausage is AMAZING! Also the black beans and rice is delicious.

Food was not good chicken not cooked it was pink . Very sup standard burger . Not nice at all

The restaurant area was absolutely filthy, really put us off our food which we had, unfortunately, already ordered

Northampton services Leon is the best fast food I have eaten in a long time, nothing was too much trouble for the lady at the till, and she told me to sit dien and she would bring the food to myself, perfect services, friendly and willing to help the customer

Sitting outside waiting for our supposedly fast food. Could have gone to shop, driven home and prepares it myself by now. They are not even busy. Three people in there and same number is staff at least. Not cheap either. Won’t be back.

Just tasted chicken nuggets at London Bridge station cafe. One word only - revolting, fatty, no meat in them , just taste like fat . I thought Mac Donald’s was bad but it is much much better. They should seriously look at product content and cooking time , because it is really awful

I recently bought a portion of fries at the Kings Cross branch and I had to take them back as they were cold and soggy. They had been sitting on the heater too long. I was given a second portion which were the same.
I’ve only given two stars because the lady serving was so nice. The cook couldn’t care less that the food was inadequate. I waited for a fresh portion to been cooked but frankly
£2.99 for an overpriced potion of lacklustre fries is a rip off.
I certainly won’t be rushing back.

Visited Cannon Street Leon - London branch for lunch with 2 colleagues.
Food- halloumi wrap was stodgy, chilli chicken was grey and VERY fatty, rice looked unappealing and the chilli part was a different chicken meal with a tub of tomato sauce with added chilli to put on top- absolutely not what I expected! @John Vincent, please see the latest reviews and restore quality food to LEON!
