Total Scam
I ordered a bracelet on May 7. As of June 22 I still have not received it. The company responds telling me that due to covid it is delayed. meanwhile I order other packages and they are not delayed. I asked for tracking, they tell me they use post with no tracking and I need to wait. If I do not receive it, and they get it back they will refund me. Then I get another email the next day, asking for my address and they will send me another. They refuse to acknowledge the product was lost, and they refuse to refund me. It feel so shady, that I don't want a replacement product at this point. The gift event I purchased it for has come and is over, I had to purchase something else. Please Stop telling me it's Covid. Covid doesn't delay my packages from anywhere else in the world right now, It isn't delaying this item. Face up to the mistake, and provide good customer service. And to not ship jewelry with a tracking number. Your mistake, not mine.
