Habe das erste Mal für den Geburtstag meiner Tochter bestellt und auch schon bezahlt, bekam vor ca. vier Wochen eine Mail, dass die Ware unterwegs ist und vor ca. 2 Wochen eine Mail mit der Frage ob bei meiner Bestellung alles gut ist, auf die Mails, jetzt zwei in drei Tagen, kommt keine Antwort, eine Kundentelefonnummer gibt es „natürlich“ nicht, in dem Kontaktformular steht: wir sind 24/7 für Euch erreichbar und antworten schnell. Ich hoffe, dass ich mein Geld noch über die Bank zurückholen kann. Sehr enttäuschend

Anfang Juni habe ich ein sehr hübsches Armband für eine Freundin zum 25 Geburtstag bestellt. Als das Armband nach ca 2 Wochen ankam, war es nicht das bestellte Gold-Armband, sondern Roségold. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice konnte ich das falsche Armband zurückschicken und habe extra drauf hingewiesen, dass bitte ein goldenes Armband zurückgeschickt werden soll. Heute, Mitte August, kam schon wieder ein rosegoldenes Armband an, für das ich auch noch 7€ Zoll zahlen musste, obwohl die Zollkosten angeblich übernommen werden! Zwei Mal das falsche Armband liefern und dann auch noch 7€ Zoll verlangen. Das Geburtstagsgeschenk wurde dementsprechend natürlich auch versaut - vielen Dank für die absolute Unfähigkeit und die Zeitverschwendung. Ich hätte sehr gerne noch mehr Armbänder bestellt, da sie wirklich schön aussehen, aber so ein Drama möchte ich mir nicht noch Mal antun.

Je crée une commande en février que je n'ai pas recu. Depuis je demandé plusieurs fois d'être remboursé mais ils refusent de me rembourser en disant que le colis n'est toujours pas retourné chez eux a cause de covid. Je déconseille fortement de commander sur cette site, les conditions pas bien pour les clients et ils sont très malhonnêtes. Les clients doivent pas payer pour le commandes perdu ou pour un "excessif retard".

Super bijoux j'en suis ravie. Je recommande à toute mes copines a ma famille aussi . J'adore vraiment . Il ne faut pas hésiter.

Mi sono iscritta al Leo Mazzotti Club dove ogni mese (pagando 29€) ricevi 2/3 gioielli a sorpresa dalla loro collezione. Il primo mese, non ricevo niente, li contatto e mi dicono, causa Covid, sono possibili ritardi nelle consegne.. vabbè aspetto.. Secondo mese passa e mi accorgo che mi avevano già addebitato la quota per il secondo mese. (Nel frattempo io stavo ancora aspettando di ricevere i gioielli del primo mese. Avevo pagato già due volte e ricevuto 0!!! ) dopo 3 mesi, e ancora niente, riesco a disiscrivermi, per evitare di continuare a pagare a vuoto.
Ma ne i miei soldi ne i miei gioielli sono mai stati più visti. Mai ricevuti e mai ricevuto un rimborso.
Non è possibile contattarli se non via mail. Dove rispondono sempre con le stesse frasi fatte.
È la truffa più grande che io abbia mai ricevuto online! Spero qualcuno li farà chiudere. State attenti.

Onlangs een bestelling gedaan voor een armbandje en ketting. Helaas viel na een paar dagen een steentje uit de armband. Ik kreeg heel snel een reactie van de klantenservice en krijg nu een vervangende armbandje opgestuurd. Top service!

E una azienda truffa. E’ passato più di un mese che ho pagato e ordinato dei prodotti e non sono mai arrivati. Il primo ordine è andato bene il secondo mi dicono si hai pagato questo è il numero ordine ma per via del COVID 😂 il pacco è fermo. Bene tornatemi indietro i soldi certo mi dicono in 5-6 mail ma dobbiamo aspettare prima il pacco. Allucinante. Una truffa del genere non mi è mai capitata. State attenti. Le altre recensioni positive sono tutte FALSE

The jewelries I got were really cute and beautiful. For a person with quite thin arms the bracelet fits absolutely perfect! And the earrings I got are really light and easy to wear! The jewelry were safe packed for the transport.

Absolute scam and untrustworthy! The products I ordered are defective! Plus I payed 5.- CHF extra just so the order will arrive sooner (it is said in 4-15 days) and still it didn’t arrive on time! They say it depends on how far away from Switzerland you live but I live IN SWITZERLAND and still! 👎

Totaler Betrug! Die Ware ist defekt angekommen!! Ich hatte 5.- CHF zusätzlich bezahlt, damit die Ware schneller ankommt (innerhalb 4 bis 15 Tagen) und trotzdem ist sie erst nach fast einem Monat angekommen. Gemäss Hersteller hängt es davon ab, wie weit entfernt man von der Schweiz wohnt. Aber ich wohne IN DER SCHWEIZ!!! 👎

Il sito è davvero molto intuitivo e semplice da usare, ho scelto i miei gioielli in pochissimo tempo e in altrettanto poco tempo sono arrivati. I gioielli sono davvero molto belli e ben fatti, sono di qualità e ad un prezzo accessibile a tutti. Ve lo consiglio!!!!

habe die ware bezahlt und nie erhalten. auf anfrage erhalte ich standard antwort. paket seil am zoll, dabei wohne ich in der schweiz also kein zoll. verlange tel nummer um mit ihnen telefonisch das problem zu lösen. antworten gar nicht. ich kann es auf jeden fall nicht weiterempfehlen. hoffe dass ich wenigstens schnell das geld zurück erhalte.
