I have had the same issue as a previous…
I have had the same issue as a previous customer, they have supplied the batteries recommended, one doesn’t fit, and after several emails Max has requested I Wait15-30 days as they have warehouse problems and then he will give me a returns address. I too will be contacting my credit card company if this is not resolved.

Perfect fit!
The battery arrived timely in a beautiful package.
I swapped out the faulty battery in my laptop with the screwdriver included in the package. The whole process took me about 5 minutes.

Confident that the battery was genuine…
Confident that the battery was genuine and a quality, replacement item. Arrived very quickly and carefully packed.
Came with two small free screwdrivers which is all that was needed for the straight forward replacement. Instructions on how to replace can be found on YouTube.
Will definitely buy again from this company when our second Lenovo laptop battery fails.

Battery is a battery - but..
Battery is a battery - at least thats what the consumer assumed. Its quality is never fully evident until you find out how long it lasts. I was replacing the factory original which was loosing its charge in little more than an hour. Replacing it was without help from lenovobatteryshop but fortunately there is a useful video on Youtube - but the tools you supplied failed to do the job of undoing 9 torqx and 4 JIS screws. Just not man enough for the job - I doubt the ‘Philips’ driver was not a JIS. Th Torqx failed on the tightening of the last screw!
Hence the 5/10 score

Excellent product and service
Old laptop battery wasn't holding its charge so I bought a new one. Delivery was was very quick, well packaged, it was the correct battery for my laptop, I fitted it really easily with the screwdrivers supplied and the battery works perfectly.

Replacement batteries for T450
I needed new batteries for an ageing T450. Most retailers selling new OEM ones were charging upwards of £70.
I started with the internal battery.It was easy on the website to select the correct one, so I ordered it, and was pleased to see it came within a couple of days.
Fitting was fairly easy (they even provided the screwdriver to open the case) and so far I'm a few days in and a couple cycles later, the battery life on my laptop is much greater than before.
I was pleased with the result, so also ordered a new external battery, which also arrived within a couple of days, with the result that my laptop is almost as good as new with respect to battery life.

Needed a new battery for my beloved t490…
Needed a new battery for an ageing T490. Most retailers selling new OEM ones were charging upwards of £70.
Lenovobatteryshop had what I needed, with the appropriate matching serial number to provide assurance that the battery would fit my model, and at a fraction of the price.
Fitting was easy as (good old Lenovo), and so far I'm a few days in and a couple cycles later, the battery life on my T490 is much greater than before, even under heavy load. I wouldn't say it's as good as it was new, but it's certainly improved my screen on time from ~90mins, to ~4.5 hours.

My only useful suggestion - the ad for a Lenovo Ideapad battery could be clearer. There was a choice of 3 different batteries. I wasnt really sure if I had selected the correct one. As luck would have it I did so no complaints.
