Quick delivery and outstanding customer service. I experienced a very small issue after ordering a 14" hi-hat, and Andy was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He replied to my messages very quickly, was very pleasant and professional, and genuinely made me feel looked after as a customer. He resolved the issue promptly by issuing a partial refund, which I really appreciated.
Great shop to order from and Andy's customer service made me comfortable in ordering from them again. Thank you!

First thing, I'm very impressed by the quality of the 18"ride cymbal, it's quite the upgrade from a cy-8, feels great, very responsive.
Great communication, very friendly staff, Andy in particular dealt with my order, and was very helpful. All in all, very impressed, I will most definitely be back.

Thank you for such positive feedback Jay - it really is appreciated. We have had issues with stock arriving late and then a randon issue with our website not sending out emails to everyone, but we have managed to fix all this now so we are back up to full speed again.
2 months & still waiting
I ordered 2 cymbals late May. They took around 4 weeks to arrive due to problems with delivery from Europe.
One was the wrong cymbal. I am still waiting to receive the correct item.
Communication from the company has been very limited.
UPDATE 29/7/25
Have now received the cymbal & apologies from company for lack of communication.

Scam - Avoid at all costs
I ordered 2 x cymbals to the value of £163 3 weeks ago, I received an order confirmation email showing a 2-4 working day delivery timeframe. Since then, I have received absolutely nothing. No communication, no confirmation that anything has been dispatched, nothing. They don’t answer the phone or respond to any emails I send to them. Absolute radio silence.
My requests for updates go unanswered, as do my requests for a refund. I am now having to contact my card issuer / bank to see if they can help with getting the money back, otherwise I will have to accept a £163 loss.
I wish I’d read the negative reviews on Trustpilot before ordering, it seems a few others have had similar experiences. This is a scam, don’t fall for it…
EDIT: I have read the reply from Matt, and it is a complete pack of lies. I have not had any contact whatsoever, other than the reply to this review. I have certainly never sent any confirmation that I am aware of any delays and happy to wait. I’d love to see any evidence of me supposedly confirming this, because it simply hasn’t happened. I note Matt says “If you have changed your mind and would prefer a refund, please drop us an email and we will get that sorted out for you…” - I have emailed requesting a refund several times, and have been completely ignored.
It appears the only way to actually speak to this company is via a negative review. Hopefully they will read this edit and actually issue my refund.
My opinion of the ‘company’ remains unchanged - Zero communication, lies, smoke and mirrors, and still no refund issued. Scam.

Hello Andy. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave us such a negative review on Trust Pilot. I understand your frustrations and would like to provide a response.
We emailed you on 7th July explaining that we were waiting on delivery for one of the items you ordered and offered you the option of a refund for this if you didn't want to wait. You confirmed back to us on the same day that you were happy to wait?
If you have changed your mind and would prefer a refund, please drop us an email and we will get that sorted out for you as you will receive the funds back much quicker than raising a chargeback with your card issuer.
I can assure you that we are not a 'scam' company (our Trust Pilot rating reflects this) but I acknowledge that very occassionally things can go wrong. We always do our best to resolve any issues and will always offer the option of a refund if we are unable to supply items that have been back-ordered should the customer prefer.
