I have finally received the items that were inexplicably left out of the originally placed order. I don't know what the mix-up was, and explanation was given.
I have ordered from lemon cymbals UK, in the past and without issue. I'm not detered from ordering again, in the future.

My experience with Lemon UK has been fantastic.

When I have made an order with them, they have been very prompt to respond and very quick with the despatch. The delivery time is fast too.

The quality of the products are top-notch, and the service is second to none.

Excellent service Lemon UK, keep up the good work.

Fast, reliable and working out of the box.

Aside from the digital snare on my Roland, the Lemon two-piece hi hat is the best upgrade for my e-kit. Great feel and realism.

Excellent product great turn around does exactly what l need and what it’s meant to.

I purchased 215 inch lemon symbols also 12 inch high hats. The 12 inch high hats have had no problem at all. Great response great Phil however the 215 inch lemon symbols of both felt and also the Edge is all coming away as I’ve been in and out of hospital over the last 14 months I’ve only been able to do about 12 gigs and I’ve tried to contact lemon on several occasions and can’t get through to them. I did not consider the customer service is very good, especially after I’ve still own a rolling symbol which I’ve had for the last 15 1/2 years and it’s still performing properly.

Fast delivery. Highly recommended

Now I've played the cymbal for a while I find it just as good as the original at a about a quarter of the price.... Can't fault it in any way considering how much cheaper it is

Fast reliable purchase and delivery. Great quality products.

The 13 inch dual zone cymbal arrived in just 3 days!!! For the value I highly recommend getting it

While the main issue with this order was with Evri (missed delivery deadlines and no communication or updates, it was compounded by Lemon's lack of Customer Service.
Party

Every time I called, I received a message saying I was first in the queue, but it still went to voicemail. The messages also said someone would get back to me if I left details. I did this but got no call back.

Eventually I got an email on Friday saying it was going to be delivered yesterday with an Evri link that showed there were no updates since Tuesday. There was no delivery yesterday but it eventually arrived this afternoon

While I'm happy with the item I ordered, I found the Customer Service very poor and frustrating and won't be ordering anything again.

Good cymbals
Fast postage will definitely buy again.
Thanks
Worth the money

Queried whether or not my Premier Powerplay X E-kit would work with their Hi-Hats. Andy replied that he had no knowledge of the brand but he was willing to fully refund me if they didn’t. So I ordered a set and they arrived very quickly with an extended refund time and discount. I’m pleased to say that they installed in minutes and the performance quality is astonishing in comparison to the originals. Response is fast, sound is much more crisp and the cymbals sound less like I’m hitting car tyres. Great kit. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

I’ve been using Lemon cymbals for a while now, and I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Andy because he genuinely deserves it.

Over the last couple years, Andy has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and reliable. Any time I’ve had questions, needed advice, or run into an issue, he’s always taken the time to help properly rather than just giving a quick answer and moving on. That kind of support is rare, especially these days.

The cymbals themselves are great value and have been a solid part of my setup, but what really stands out is the customer service behind them. Knowing there’s someone like Andy who actually cares makes a big difference.

Really appreciate all the help over this time, highly recommended.

An easy 5 stars for this company. I would give more if I could. From simple ordering on their website just 2 days ago to the order arriving just now, it's been a fantastic experience. I had a question for the company about the delivery (it looked like it could have been delayed (courier side)), and within the hour, they had replied with the issue confirmed and solved. Exceptional customer service. The product was packaged really well, and the mesh head itself looks great. I will be recommending this company to my drummer mates and hoping this 5-star review entices more customers. I will be back. Thank you, Lemon Cymbals 🤘
