Arrived safely and so far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered on the Sunday and delivered on the Wednesday. Purchased as replacement to a succession of failed and unreliable Roland CY14RT cymbals that I've had. This is a good value alternative. The Lemon cymbal is a heavier, thicker and more durable product, and slightly wider. As stated, it is compatible with the TD27 module and with a little adjustment in the module's settings does the job fine - though it does play differently. It's not covered in naff graphics, which I like, and the colour of the product is close to the Roland products. Time will tell if it lasts better than the Roland products but all good so far, and thank you Lemon.

bought mesh drum head, seems good quality at reasonable price, will see if this is durable

Not really pressed tbh. Bought one of the mesh heads for my ekit's kick drum a while back, but after a couple of weeks my beaters (plastic) had torn through the first ply. Decided to try again the other week but this time also purchase the impact patch they offer. First thing to note, the patch makes the pad incredibly loud, to the point where it's easily heard over my headphones (that's just an fyi), but more importantly it's advertised as being suitable to use on mesh heads, but will not adhere properly. You can see the left side lifting on impact from the right beater of my double pedal, and vice versa. After finishing playing the whole patch will have slipped down the head and needs to be moved back up, so I wouldn't really say it's suitable for mesh heads. I emailed customer service a few days ago to see if they had any advice or tips, but they didn't reply so I've just switched back to my Roland mesh head which had worked fine for 6+ years! Got to try these things though I suppose.

Cymbals trigger well enough, are harder rubber than the roland ones I use with louder stick hits.

Thats the only reason not 5 stars.

For the money they seem excellent. Will see how they hold up after some rigorous use.

Having used Lemon cymbals before I have no doubts about the quality of their products and this cymbal didn't disappoint.

What made this such a good transaction was the price (reduced so it was a bargain!) and the speed of delivery. The cymbal arrived very well packaged and within a couple of days of ordering.

I thought they were good on buying side . HOWEVER I returned a bass drum on 28-05-26 and am still awaiting a refund of £145 . Today is 24-08-26. My total order was over £500. I sent an email on 20-05-26 to say I'd like to return the item , as they say they like to know . This got no reply . I sent the BD via R Mail , fearing I'd have it too long for Lemon to consider a refund . It was unused . On 22-07-26 I emailed to ask if they'd issued a refund . This wasn't replied to ( I do check spam ) . On/around 17-08-26 I rang Lemon , speaking to Chris . He said he was sorry and would get onto it . On 17-08-26 I received email saying and appearing to show issue of a refund , with the BD crossed out of a copy of my invoice . Presuming the refund to be issued electronically I checked my account soon after and on several days since . I can't see any refund into my bank account , having paid by debit card . I've emailed Lemon several times to ask about the money in the week since and these emails haven't been answered either . I'm concerned as I can't just write off £145 and I find this process anxiety making . I've just rung them , speaking to Caleb on 24-08-26 . I hope for some positive development soon .
