Good service
Chloe, helpful, patient and thorough. My only criticism the inevitable phone delay before getting through!
I thought afterwards that it would be helpful to have a message whilst waiting to connect of what you would need. National Insurance No; Driving License details, pictures of all four corners of vehicle + damage. Not all of these expected and caused delays, whilst I hunted/or went to obtain.

They constantly checked I understood and helped me every step of the way. They were so efficient that the claim was settled in a week. Talking to my friends they were amazed how quickly and efficiently the claim had been resolved and the money was in my account.
