la ebike legend siena fue una buena elección por calidad y precio. Muy rápida: el motor es potente y la batería dura mucho cargada. El sillín es muy cómodo y además es plegable. Sin herramientas se puede ajustar la altura del sillín y del manillar.

It‘s nice to have companies like Legend eBikes
I own an Etna, or rather, we do; my wife has one too. We're both very happy with it. For us, it's the perfect compromise between a mountain bike and an easily transportable bicycle. Folding bikes can be taken on public transport here for free, and both bikes fit in the trunk of my Renault Kangoo without me having to fold down the back seats. While it's not suitable for downhill riding, it has proven itself on several off-road tours in the Italian Alps and Croatia.
My experience with customer service was excellent. You can tell you're dealing with a company where the employees are motivated. Thank you again. "Made in Europe" is also an important factor for me. In summary, I'm very happy with my choice and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

regarding the Legend Etna and Legend customer service
regarding the bike : I bought a Legend Etna in a store in Barcelona and have enjoyed it for 4 -5 years so far I I’ve used it every day to go to work and back home I am extremely happy as it a fast ( large wheels Etna) and comfortable ride to commute back home and easy to fold on elevators and easy to store folded in a corner in the office , and the looks are so good I often got asked in Paseo San Juan what bike it was and where I got it from mine is a stock black colour Etna with very minor custom touches I added Mudguard front back fenders,choose a new open wide black steering wheel For urban comfort and installed a brook brown leather seat and installed two original Legend black saddles on the back I bought from Legend on each red light I got asked about the bike due to the quality and the looks I love it and as a product I would rate it 9,5/10 (generally I am a tough guy to be convinced by a product except in this case )
Regarding the customer service: After living in Barcelona I recently moved to Switzerland to work and live here and during the moving the Keys that open the lock of The battery compartment of my Legend Etna got lost in the transport during the moving.
I could still charge the battery through the external port of the Etna but could not extract the battery I was stuck sorties about maybe having to call a locksmith to break the lock and all the hassle involved I called the Legend customer service chat and explained the problem I had they response was utterly quick minutes after writing I received a message from them immediately they were proactive to help me find a good solution and fast and I had my problem solved by them in no time therefore based on my experience I would rate the customer service 9,5/10 as well similar to my Legend Etna bike experience .. I will buy more Legend bikes for the family in the near future that s for sure totally Happy customer!

Je veux parler plus particulièrement du modèle siena développé par legend bike qui est un modèle unique présent sur le marché. Vous pouvez compulser 500 fabricants, aucun ne propose l'ensemble des options de ce modèle. Il y manque toujours une caractéristique. Résumons : je cherchais un solide vélo de route pour parcourir le monde qui puisse être chargé comme un mulet, avec grandes roues, électrique bien sûr, batterie amovible, et surtout pliant . Voyager c'est aussi pouvoir prendre des car, garder la batterie avec soi pour qu'elle ne soit pas dans la soute etc. Et puis le vélo pourra être équipé d'un élargissement du porte bagage, d'un porte bagage avant etc. Bref idéal

Super-Service
Die Räder wurden schnell geliefert, passen aber leider nicht in unserem camper unters Bett. Deshalb Rücksendung: problemlos, Betrag wurde komplett zurückerstattet.
Rad war von insgesamt von sehr guter Qualität, hatte leider aber ein kleines Problem mit der Qualitätskontrolle: Scharnierstift der Klapprahmenverriegelung war nicht ausreichend gesichert (fehlende Madenschraube) und löste sich.

Buon giorno ho comperato la bici siena, bellissima ma troppo grande per me, temevo di tribulare per fare un cambio bici, dalla Svizzera a Barcellona, ma con mia felice sorpresa, sono stata assistita passo passo dalla gentilissima e paziente signora Samba che mi ha consigliato la bici adatta . Il cambio bici e il ritorno della bici da sostituire è stato veloce e facile, in pochi giorni, a costi zero. Legend si é rivelata un azienda molto seria e affidabile. Un grazie per il servizio. Anche la bici monza é bella, pratica e solida, sono contenta , perfetta per me.

Serviciales y rápidos. Me ayudaron con un consulta sobre un mando de mi bici Orbea Katu E50 y conseguí un repuesto con ellos. Atención excelente y diametralmente opuesta a Orbea, que básicamente me indicó que me buscase la vida por mi cuenta. Tomo nota para futuras compras de bicis eléctricas. Orbea te deja tirado una vez te vende la bici.
