At the end you sent codes to register will. There is no need to register the will. Just another potential money grab.

We'd like to reassure you that there's no money grab here. Registering your Will with the Canada Will Registry is entirely optional, and the registration codes you received were included with your purchase at no extra charge. The Registry isn't required for your Will to be valid, it's simply an optional service that helps your executor and loved ones locate your Will quickly when the time comes. If you'd prefer not to register, nothing further is needed, and no payment is required.
We'd also be happy to clarify anything about the couple package. Each spouse creates their own Will in their own account, so there's no additional purchase involved for your wife's Will.

Simple Navigation
The process was very simple to navigate, but I'm still trying to figure out how to get the 'My Living Will' portion to show as 100% complete. I'm worried that I'm missing something.

We'd like to clarify how our pricing works. All of our packages are a single, one-time payments. The price you see at checkout is the full price for your document package, and there are no additional charges required to complete, print, or sign your Will. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees tied to making your document usable.
The only optional cost that exists is after your first year: every purchase includes one full year of unlimited updates and online access at no charge. If you'd like to continue making modifications after that year, or use ongoing services like MyVault, you can choose to extend your membership, but this is entirely optional, and your completed documents remain fully valid regardless.
We're also open to any specific feedback related to pricing, if there was a particular point in the process that felt unclear, please reach out to us at support@legalwills.ca and we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
