Was emailed 9 days ago to say item was dispatched , tracked the item , ( bad address was the excuse for none delivery ) first attempt , second was then so called next day delivery excuse adverse weather conditions ( we didn’t have any , no snow hit Manchester that day ) !!! item is being delivered from a depot local to us ) now still awaiting delivery , cannot get hold of anybody to solve the situation , you ring you get a automated service then told “ sorry we have no further information at this time )
This item is a birthday present for my daughter who is home ( for a week ) from living abroad , it is not going to arrive now before she returns , fuming is an understatement for a delivery which is 16 miles away totally unacceptable

Bought the Coco Loco Irons.
They have floating plates.
They heat up quickly. Great value.

Fault with hair dryer, offered reduction off purchase price but returned for exchange product today, so now waiting on anther one

Very efficient service unfortunately wrong item ordered and couldn’t see how to return

You use Yodel as couriers which meant I never received my parcel. I have never once experienced great service from them anywhere I order from. My parcel was left outside my front door and clearly isn’t a “safe place” to be left.

This was meant to be a gift for someone and had to buy an alternative.

Also your customer services number is not really customer services, if they are unable to help with processing refunds or track parcels.

A better proccess would be for your customer services team, to pass on the information to the relevant team then email customers of confirmation of doing so.

I was told to email websales@mplhome .com and “a man” who goes through the emails will get back to me straight away.

This was not the case. It turns out, this is an automated email inbox.

Re: 07/01/2018 You claim I never emailed you, which I did - but this would be down to your representative giving me the wrong email to sent to. I re-sent to click@mplhome .com found in my order email, it stated to email this email address if any issues.

Advised Yodel will receive a complaint from you and I really hope you will consider changing couriers you use.

Other than the above, the person who responded has been helpful and courteous.

Item was what I ordered and was delivered within the timescale

I ordered a diffuser sock and i ordered the incorrect one for my model so got a prepaid label from Leestafford within a day of emailing them - returned it and refund was processed within a few days-good efficient customer service and amazing hairdryer

Arrived sooner than expected. Easy to use and makes wonderful curls that hold brilliantly. Very happy!

Had to phone them and they dealt with my enquiry immediately
