2nd degree burn from hair dryer

Got a 2nd degree burn from a Lee Stafford hairdryer and not got so much as an apology from them. Went through the official channels as it has caused me permanent scarring, but their insurers have lied about my case so will not offer any compensation.
Would not recommend these dangerous products. It's very lucky the sparks from the hairdryer got me an not my 1 year old who was near by.
Disgusting company.

What's not to like?

Bought a replacement for my previous Lee Stafford dryer because it's the best one I've ever owned and boy has it been used and abused!

Easy online ordering process, free and fast delivery. What's not to like?

Customer Service does not answer…

Customer Service does not answer emails. Emailed them twice regarding my purchase and no reply. However items received in good time but not sure of the quality of item yet as it is a Christmas present

I expected the coco loco Irons and…

I expected the coco loco Irons and Dryer set to match in colour. I’m quite disappointed that they don’t. My purchase was entirely based on getting a matching set, I also wish the cords and details were not black but I knew that. I also expected a better quality set both feel flimsy.

We are really sorry you are not happy with your purchase however regarding colour both dryer and straightener are rose gold with pink touches (back cover and button on dryer and buttons and heat bar on straightener) and gold bits (rings on the dryer and plates on the straightener)

Le colis n’était pas protégé et…

Le colis n’était pas protégé et l’emballage du produit a donc été abîmé.
Il s’agissait d’un cadeau mais l’emballage était abîmé et surtout je ne suis pas sure que le produit fonctionne vu les chocs qu’il a dû recevoir lors de la livraison vu qu’il n'était pas protégé

We are really sorry you received damaged item however this is really case of the courier not us, we sent thousands shipments weekly and they are all packed the same way, we don't received 5 complaints weekly about how the item was delivered so unfortunately this is the case of the courier.
I can also see that you never contacted us directly regarding the issue!

wonderball wand

I ordered the wonderball wand and I absolutely love it! It allows me to create a 'beach-wave look' very easily which I couldn't achieve with any other wand, thanks again!
