Excellent service by Michael
The service given to me by Michael was great because he didn't try to sell me a big fancy expensive camera that I didn't need. He listened to my needs and requirements and provided me with an appropriate camera.

Refurbished M.Zuiko lens
Competitive pricing (in this case, I purchased a 'refurbished' product at an excellent price and the product's only 'issue' seemed to be a slightly damaged box), quick delivery and free postage, small bonus item in package.
