Bought a ex demo avata 2 from these guys .arrived quickly and in great condition, had to organise care refresh but was easy and communication was great from D1 store staff . Happy flying 🙂

Happy customer, will be purchasing from again.

D1 Store offered competitive pricing by beating another store advertised price.
My purchase was processed quickly (DJI Air 3S), packaged extremely well to eliminate transport damage and arrived sooner than expected.
Customer service was quick to respond to my initial email enquiry (within 5 minutes!!!) and continued to keep me informed throughout the purchase process.
Overall, a very happy customer. I can recommend.

Great experience with the D1 Store…

Great experience with the D1 Store customer care team. I have not needed to use the Care Refresh service for repairs or replacements yet but I did need to reach out for assistence with activating and pairing the service and I recieved fast and comprehensive help which bodes well.

DJI Mini 5 Pro Gimbal Stuck

After a crash the gimbal was stuck. D1 replaced the mini 5 pro drone for an attractive price in a short time. I am very happy with their service. Shipping was fast and communication easy. I’m fully satisfied with their service and can only recommend their service.

Great service.

Customer service team was fantastic. Item was shipped here fast and safe. Highly recommend. Ive used this store for all my drone purchases over the years.

Fantastic Drone

The DJI Neo Flymore package is a fantastic drone, suitable for beginners and experienced flyers.

Impressive intelligence built into all components.

The motion controller is especially impressive as a natural human interface with the Neo drone.

Very happy customer

I came to the D1Store in Bondi Junction with a Mavic pro 2 drone that was not behaving. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the machine was sent off for repair after which I ended up receiving a brand new drone and controller for $234 dollars which was pretty damn good if you ask me.
