Bought a ex demo avata 2 from these guys .arrived quickly and in great condition, had to organise care refresh but was easy and communication was great from D1 store staff . Happy flying 🙂

Fantastic service.

Fantastic service. Very good communication right throughout the whole process. And best of all, really good value for money. I was very impressed.

Ordered mini 4 pro refurbished paid…

Ordered mini 4 pro refurbished paid .was not in stock and you were unaware when would become available. So order cancelled. 6 business days after cancellation rang re return of monies and informed that the monies had been returned to me already and I would have to make a case to prove this did not happen ! Informed Afterpay who solved problem . I would suggest you check your refund system so this does not occur. Doesn't do much for customer relations and makes me hesitate in purchasing from you again. Suggestion, a better explanation to customers.

To provide some transparency on what happened: when your order was cancelled, we submitted the refund on 6 May, which was confirmed processed by our payment provider on 8 May. Refunds through Afterpay can take 3–5 business days to reflect on your end due to the way Stripe and Afterpay process settlements — and unfortunately, with the weekend falling in that window, it would have felt longer than expected.

We completely understand how concerning it is to be told a refund has been issued when you haven't seen it yet — that's a stressful position to be in, and we should have communicated the expected timeline more clearly upfront rather than leaving you to chase it. We never intend to hold onto customer funds, and we're glad Afterpay was ultimately able to resolve it for you.

We'll take your feedback on board to make sure our team is better equipped to explain refund timelines so this situation doesn't happen again. We'd love the chance to earn back your trust — please don't hesitate to reach out directly if there's anything we can do.

Replacement Drone

I am happy with the Fountain Gate Dji service . The drone was replaced instead of repaired so I had a brand new Dji mini 2. The only downside was that I left my sd card in when I handed it in for repairs and it has gone missing.The friendly customer service was great.

Drone repair not possible😢

No resolution to issue and no work was carried out at all. DJI must protect their brand and the nature of work needed obviously was out of scope for the repair needed. Though communications and prompt turn around of device in question was excellent so highly recommend for basic damage repair work.

We understand the frustration of sending a drone in and having it returned unrepaired. As our team mentioned when we spoke with you over the phone, the serial number on your device had been flagged in DJI's Flyaway list — when a drone ends up on this list, it typically means a replacement unit has already been provided under a DJI Care Refresh claim, and DJI (or authorised service centres like us) are unable to provide any further service on the original device.

This is a DJI-level restriction entirely outside our control as a service centre.
