Absolutely appalling customer service.

We accepted our lease quotation before the end-of-quarter deadline and even emailed David to ask whether completing the finance application later that day would affect the agreed monthly payment. That email was ignored, along with several other emails sent to David chasing for an update.

It then took 7 days to receive a response from him, only to be told that the agreed monthly payment had increased because the finance application had been completed after office hours.

I escalated the matter to the sales manager, who acknowledged that the sales process had not been handled correctly, yet still refused to honour the original quotation.

I work in sales myself, and this is simply not how you treat customers. Poor communication, no accountability, and ultimately the customer is left paying for the company's mistakes.

Lease4Less have lost two customers through the way this has been handled. We won't be using them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I need to share this with others so they can be warned about dealing with Lease 4 Less. It's a shame as the first year I use them I didn't have a problem but I think the company have seen some changes. So I communicated with Jeff Kenny who had been great over the phone and I thought everything was fine. Of course they are trying to get the sale! Lots of correspondence was actually via emails, for which thankfully I have all the details of. Occasionally we spoke over the phone. An agreed delivery date was given in May and I advised Jeff that I had arranged for my existing car to be picked up on the 10th of June. He even advised me by email that the dealer was pressing for a delivery date! Then there was a gap of 1 day and the delivery of the 12th of June that was suggested by him. This worked for me. So he was well aware of the timeframe that was needed. I emailed him again around the first or second of June and asked for the registration plate to register and change the insurance from my old car to my new one. The registration was given by the 3rd of June. At no point was I advised that there was a delay with the delivery. I then contacted them again via email on the 10th of June to advise them that my car had been picked up and I was looking forward to receiving my car on the 12th of June. It was only there that I received an email advised me that the car was not being delivered till the 16th of June. No apology just a standard response email saying we are happy to advise you at your car Is due to be delivered on the 16th of June! As I work weekends as I am a professional, I am now looking at losing over £800 worth of business and also damage to my reputation. I have logged an official complaint with Lease 4 Less and also the finance company. All I got from Lease 4 Less is that they're having problem contacting the dealer. Thankfully all of the correspondence is in writing.

I will be taking this matter to the various governing bodies if the matter is not resolved and compensation provided for the loss of earnings and the stress this has caused.

Anyone has the right to do this by the way. You should also contact the lease supervisor and advise them of of your complaint with the service that you were provided with high Lease 4 Less. After all I work together in order to get these cars sold and for them to earn money from you.

It's totally unacceptable to not keep the customer In the loop when dealing with Specific dates and ultimately letting Customers down. Especially when facing financial loss and damage to one's reputation.

It seems to me that once the lease company have the signed contract and the broker has your money, there doesn't seem to be any duty of care.

I totally would NOT recommend and I hope people will come to the review section before considering leasing a car through them.
