Can’t fault any aspect of the whole process. Transparent, professional and just simply great service. Jamie L worked well to secure a car in stock and I was kept informed each step of the way. Delivery was much sooner than expected and never felt like anything was over promised with correct caveats in place. Cheapest deal and researched many in this space. Would highly recommend both Leasy and Jamie.

I dealt with Georgia fenwick while exploring lease options on the new Chery range and she was very informative and helpful throughout providing same day responses on all of my requests as well as following up with a courtesy call post purchase. Disappointed
The initial sales experience was very positive, with the team appearing highly attentive and eager to secure my business. However, I did feel some pressure during the process, including being asked to pull over while driving to complete the booking in order to secure what was described as the only vehicle in the country matching my preferred specifications.
I was originally promised delivery before the end of April. Shortly after, this was revised to 14th May, with reassurance that this would be the latest possible date. More recently, the delivery date has been pushed back again to 29th May, with similar assurances.
Communication around delivery has been challenging, particularly as there appears to be limited visibility or tracking information available, making it difficult to understand the reasons for these changes. When I raised concerns, I was offered an alternative vehicle in a different colour, which did not meet my original requirements.
While the sales team is clearly motivated, there is an opportunity to improve the overall process by setting more realistic expectations and ensuring commitments align with what can be reliably delivered.

Wrong car was delivered
Wrong car was delivered. Trying to get hold of the relevant people in the interim was a nightmare, I had to constantly call and chase despite being promised multiple call backs, only got a sorry 5 days after the incident. Ended up having to cancel a BCA collection on the day, carwow offered only a refund of the admin fee as a "sorry". Which I would have received anyway due to the decision to cancel the contract. I'm left out of pocket as a result and will be escalating this to the Financial ombudsman. The customer care was great from the broker Rushan who sourced the car for me, and there is no blame on him. But the admin and management team were so poor that I am now looking elsewhere for a new car. I would have recommended this company, but now I will refrain, and would warn anyone looking at this review to act with caution when using this company

Carwow worked well on my behalf
Despite the late delivery of the vehicle (outside Carwow’s influence), the service team continued to chase the car on my behalf. Communication was a little too reactive. I had to instigate updates, but the team did respond quickly and we got there!

Good service and a good deal
I was able to get a good leasing deal on a new MG HS PHEV through Carwow Leasey and whole procedure was quick and straightfoward. Particular thanks go to Simon Pitney-Baxter at Carwow Leasey who set up and negotiated the deal on my behalf with the MG Main dealer. He handled the whole process efficiently and diligently and was very pleasant to deal with.

Leased a Leapmotor car, huge mistake
Leased a Leapmotor car, new brand from China. Honestly the worst car I've owed, tech substandard and glitching, didn't even have matching number plates.
Several phone calls snd emails to change the car fell on deaf ears.
