Great from start to delivery

Really great experience with Sven, excellent communication and even though we had some hiccups with the car provider Sven did his best to communicate, acommodate and be very supportive. Highly recommend Carwow Leasey

Really happy with the service from Carwow Leasey. I made my enquiry on 16th August and had the car delivered by 28th August, so the whole process was really quick and straightforward.

Max Gardner was brilliant throughout. He kept me updated at every stage and whenever I emailed him, he always responded within 10 minutes, which was really reassuring.

I’d definitely use Carwow Leasey again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again to Max for making the whole process so easy!

Agreed a deal, undertook a credit search and agreed finance. Then the car miraculously was "damaged at port". Now the car is miraculously a much higher price (ie there are cars available they just won't honour the agreed price). Avoid.

Couldn’t recommend Ella enough she’s been brilliant from start to finish.

It wasn’t the easiest getting our new Ranger sorted but Ella stuck with it the whole way, constantly chasing things up and keeping me updated. I’ve probably drove her mad with all my questions 😂 but nothing has ever been too much trouble.

Really appreciate all the effort she’s put in to getting it over the line for us, especially managing to find one coming much sooner than we originally thought.

Will definitely be using Ella again as the business grows and we need more vehicles.

Ellie took me through the leasing process so quickly and was super kind and helpful! This is the first car I’ve leased and she had all the answers to the questions I had.

Ordering was easy and the price was good, but the delivery experience has been frustrating. We ordered a Renault 4 ev.

I first raised timing concerns back on 18 May when we were discussing around an 8-week lead time at this stage, and i needed the car by the end of July. We’re now at the end of August and are being told delivery will not be until October.

What’s especially frustrating is that dates constantly move, only last week I was told the car was due to arrive at the dealership on Friday 28th August, then the date simply moved again on that day, with no proper explanation. We had already got to the point of having a registration number and VIN so sold our old car and had started sorting insurance for the new one, so the constant changes have caused quite a lot of inconvenience.

Updates have felt very generic and non-personal, and they rarely give any specific information about where the car actually is or what has caused the delay. I’ve had to do far too much chasing myself.

The original lead time now feels overly optimistic and unrealistic. Had we known it could take five months, we would have made a different decision.

I’ll update the review if communication improves. They haven’t offered us any other solution at all. Very poor overall

Max was awesome and helped me navigate through the entire process from beginning to end. When delays came up on the finance-provider side, Drivalia, he was transparent and did his best to chase things up with them and keep me updated. The overall process was more delayed than hoped (largely due to issues outside Carwow's control), but I appreciated Max’s amazing help in getting everything over the line.

I’ve never leased a car before and Ralph really made it very straightforward for me. He found the car I wanted in the right colour quickly and helped me get the process started taking a lot of stress off me.

I’ve now used Uwais for my second business lease, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
As a new limited company, securing a lease wasn’t straightforward, and I had struggled to get anywhere with others. Uwais, however, went above and beyond to make it happen. He was incredibly helpful, and professional throughout the whole process, making sure I was happy and, most importantly, that I got a great deal.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts their clients first, and Uwais is exactly that. The fact that I’ve gone back to him for a second lease says everything.
