I initially subscribed via Apple Pay, but thanks to the prompt assistance from the customer support team, my issue was resolved efficiently. Outstanding customer service experience

Do not trust, the company enrols you using your email and uses whatever bank card is available to them to issue the payments via APPLE PAY, EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE NOT USED YOUR APPLE PAY TO SUBSCRIBE. Call your bank if this happens as Santander needs to believe we didn't touch anything to get this. They first tested £0.01 and worked their way up to £29.99.

Definitely a scam and I have reported it to my bank. I don't ever recall signing up to their service and have tried to contact them without success for the past 4 months. Beware.

Its a scam. I accidentally clicked a subscription when I wanted to download a calendar for my iPhone. You cannot cancel this (there is no chance other than writing an email to the service team). My bank called the day after the card was charged. They advised that the card be blocked immediately. I don’t have to pay this first payoff that was charged to my card. (Thanks to my bank!)
The algorithm of my bank quickly identified this as scam.
So if you also did this accidentally - don’t worry. Just contact your bank, they will sort this out.

Oh and the positive reviews come about in such a way that if you complain, they write back saying that the subscription has now been canceled and that you should please leave a positive review. including a link here and a suggestion for wording (service team was professional etc). That's why no one here comments on the actual service they supposedly offer (which they don't even do!)

It’s a scam. I know nothing about this mob and how they accessed my Apple Account I have no idea. But one thing is for sure 100% it’s an on line scam clearly run by fraudsters . I have cancelled my card so the thieves never got anything from me ,,, if you find you have been conned by this probable Mafia Mob, just go to the police ,,

Accidentally signed up and they gave the money back really quickly

I signed up for a free trial but couldn’t find a way to cancel the subscription to Learninglabpro, and was subsequently charged for a month’s subscription on 22 January 2024 for £25.75. I contacted the customer help service to explain what happened and a refund was authorised and I received £25.47 into my bank on 29 January 2024. I was worried that this was a scam, so was relieved to get the refund without a problem. The small difference in the amount I believe was due to converting from dollars to sterling.

I had a problem with a subscription which I had unintentionally paid to Learninglabpro. This issue was quickly and effectively resolved with a full refund from their support team.

I have had money withdrawn since September from my bank account without my authority I haven't signed up to this company and I now have my banks fraud team involved, please check your bank account for these scammers it comes out with the name learninglabpro.co and the amounts change slightly each month 😡

Late Sunday I was looking where best to order some medication online one pharmacy said I could join mailing list for discounts to be sent to me the next thing I know is an email saying I had a 1 day free trial I was confused as this isn’t what I signed up for it told me 1 euro had been from my account and today they’ve taken 29 euros (£26.17).
As soon as I saw the email about 1 free day trial I used their email address provided as a contact on their email and I asked for this to be cancelled but that’s been ignored or they’ve not got to it in time.
Beware of this company I’m still not sure how they got my payment details. I did look at their site which asked me to sign in but as I hadn’t set up an account I couldn’t phone number is a high rate call and I can’t afford that so I used the email address they gave for help. I’m usually suspicious of anything I don’t know about but there was nothing for me to see this was happening I only knew when I got their email if you see their website or an offer for it or a link where 1 euro is mentioned my unemployment don’t do it and avoid them. Ewing scammed isn’t nice and as I’m very stressed now my Complex Regional Pain Syndrome pain levels have got worse and I have a migraine from the stress and trying to figure out how exactly they did this.
